Andrew OHaraYou need to allow for more mileage on the mileage allowance. At least 10% OR, lower your mileage rate to about half of what it currently is. Not all properties are located within 10 miles of an interstate highway.
Gary CarterI reserved a truck from this location. I received texts advising that I had to pick up the truck at another location. I even spoke with a person there to verify this new information. When the day came for pick-up, we went to the verified location and were told, they didn't have a truck for us. We were sent back to the original location, the lady who took my reservation blamed the mysterious THEYS for the misinformation. She never apologized for the wild goose chase. She was rude. I will never do business with her again.
Benita CastilloPay attention to what they’re charging you for mileage. I think the owners use the truck for their own pleasure so I had to wait for them to remove items from the truck before taking it and they charged me more than 8-10 extra miles I didn’t drive.

Jacob Padilla-VigilThe worker was quite confused about the reservations and payment and altered the contract so now my name isn't on it and I cannot use it for my taxes. They charged the wrong card which put me in a bind. We requested some assistance in fixing the ratchet strap and inadequate help was provided. The license plate was damaged and was bent to the point of breaking.

Deborah DelliquadriI assume location managers are anxious to remove the Old 6 x 12 trailer off their lot. Must be GOLDEN when an unsuspecting customer desires a one way destination. Some poor soul in Utah is now being sought after to take this equipment off their hands. Think, if management does not like this trailer WHY would you assume a customer desires it? Should be scheduled for a refurbish or removal.

ken beckerleI was told multiple time by uhaul that I could drop the vehicle off after hours. When I arrived the gates were locked and there was no way to do so. The app did not work either. I work 7 days a week during their hours of operation and resulted in me wasting an additional 73 dollars in late pentalties that I didn’t need. I would have chosen a different location if I had know this was going to happen. I have no complaints about the location. The people unconventionally helped me get it returned through use of a nearby neighbor. However I’m passed Uhaul promised after hours return and was not the case.

Laura GermanMake sure all equipment is cleaned out from previous rentals . I had to clean out all the dirt myself 1st before I could load any of my belongings onto it. It was very upsetting. I took pictures before I cleaned it.
Jacquelyn SmithThis was by far the worst U-Haul experience. I would discontinue this location as it is not welcoming and a nuisance. The manager there is useless, took one hour to print my contract, total disrespect for my time. Hooked up the trailer wrong, did not know that the safety chains need to be crossed, putting them straigh is very dangerous and did not know how to strap a car to the trailer. When I told her about the chains, she started screaming and told me to go read the instructions !!! She then left. She SHOULD GO, as she is DANGEROUS TO CUSTOMERS. Her attendant told me to test the lights when they were not plugged. He SHOULD GO, he is a DANGER TO CUSTOMERS. He also was completely unable to guide me to hook up the ball hitch to the trailer. Too dumb to do it, he needs another occupation. Please discontinue this location. U-Haul should realize that New Mexico workers are of very poor quality. Thank You.

Frank AlexanderUhaul was filthy when I picked it up. There’s were articles of trash in it and the steering wheel was sticky. The truck pulled so hard to the right, that if I let go of the wheel it was pull violently. It did this while it was empty and full of furniture. It was also unaffordable but I hard no choice.
