I made my reservation for u-haul on Henri Bourassa in Quebec city. I've been called the day before and been told that the truck would not be available. I had to drive 1 additional hour to Broughton. The extra day and discount is nice, but it's not worth the gigantic headache that cancelling can induce. The u-haul in Broughton, did not have the correct amount of sheets (6 missing) and no dolly. We passed by the u-haul in Quebec and it had also no dolly. We reserved for this thing days before, unacceptable!Jacques O.

Had rented it for two day but they told me if I'd bring it back before it would decrease the cost. Brought it back after 27h and had to pay the full two days. Kinda disappointed.Jean-Nicolas V.
