The lock to get to the keys was like it was welded shut. There was no one on the premises to help. The small building was gutted and looked to have been vacant for months.Mallory G.
The U-haul sign was posted on an abandoned building. The actual trucks and trailers were located between several residential apartments with no clear office or staff. I had to call the u-haul customer service number to have them contact the dealer for me, at which point they informed me that the dealer had stepped out and would be back soon. Overall, I waited for an hour past my pickup time before someone finally came to help me.Charles W.

I got the run around three different times and had to go to a different store to get my truck that was three times farther than were we ask to pick upCLINT ANTHONY A.
Picked up a trailer noticed it wasn't tracking evenly behind my truck, finished my moved and dropped off the trailer in Spokane was informed the trailer tongue was bent and was accused of causing the damage. I'd recommend a more in depth check in process as I don't take accusations like bending a tongue lightlyALEXANDER K.
Develop a better system with reservations. I had a reservation- showed up, and they said they don't have the truck. No one called me to tell me. Then they rerouted me to another location that wasn't even open yet.Terrina T.
The unreliability of the u-haul reservation system makes me inclined to use a different network in the future. I booked online a month in advance. An hour before I was scheduled to pick up the truck, I got a call saying my chosen location did not have a 26' truck that I had reserved and the only other option was a location an hour and half drive away. They did give me mileage and a free extra day as compensation. My neighbor had a similar experience with u-haul earlier this summer. The online pick up procedures went smoothly.Samuel H.

This location was a run down abandoned gravel lot in between a bunch of family homes. We were sent there from a previous location that would not accept our UHAUL. We had to do an online drop off because there were no personnel to drop off to.Jonathan L.
