When we got to this location we requested a dolly and never received one said they did not have any when we clearly say them and said uhaul, then we did not really know what to do and they certainly did not know anything as well so we figured it out our selfs, on returning the uhaul I went in and asked was there anything we need to do he said no put keys in box I asked about mileage and he said he would check it tomorrow luckily I took pic of it and put key in box then my brother and I had left and I saw where it asked for location and pic of the truck so we had to go back to the location to get pic, and turn location on, these people never said anything to us about nothing very unprofessional, but the truck and all was great no problems there.Dennis H.

Again, my complaint is not about this location. It's about the fact that I was originally told I could drop off at a different location and at the very last minute I was told I had to bring it to this location, which put the number of miles on the truck over the mileage allotted to me for my trip. That is another complaint of mine. I was given 56 miles for an 80 mile move. I complained so much that I was finally given 30 extra miles. This did cover my trip. But then changing the drop off location put me back over. I had to call and complain again to get the extra miles added to cover the new drop off location. No one was ever able to provide me reasoning as to why the details of my reservation changed over and over again, inconveniencing me with each change. I also never got an apology and no one seemed to care that I was being put out, the people helping me move were being put out, and I was incurring extra charges due to the lies that I was being told by Uhaul. Everyone who helped me move was made aware of all this nonsense I went through with this moving experience and none of them plan to use Uhaul for any of their future moves, and neither do I. Uhaul, you need to look at your competitors. There are companies that give unlimited miles and guarantee location and equipment. I would pay extra for that kind of guarantee.MEGAN F.

I waited until after 1:30p to gain access to the uhaul key which was supposed to be ready at 10am! I will never use UHAUL again. The property owner even told me that he didn't care about the uhaul business and my problems were not his issue. Cost me additional money and turned a pre-planned day into a crisis were we didn't finish until after midnight!Gwen P.

They didn't touch the equipment for 48 hours and then they charged me $78 late fee. I was 3 hours late, not 2 days. I have a couple more moves left but I will go out of my way NOT to rent from u haul!Lance I.
