The trailer was very old. I do not think this was Big Bens' problem. The trailer was over 30 years old if the date on the side of the trailer was correct. We rented the same size trailer a few weeks ago from a different location and it was a dream to use. This one was scary. I will say that it did seem to be mostly water tight, but one of the wooden railings were broken and the floor was unstable. I didn't report these things when I self-checked out because I feared I would be held accountable, and it ultimately got our things where we wanted to go. But, the quality seems to be very variable at different locations and with different trailers.

The proprietor was super and helped answer some questions after I was on the road and not sure of some of the trucks features. My only issue was that the truck seat is not really designed for 6 foot drivers due to the limited fore and aft movement of the seat and the limited tilting of the back of the seat. This of course is nothing against the proprietor but the truck itself. However it purred all the way of my journey.

Truck was completely filthy. Had to clean out the bed before even using the truck. There were chips and Cheetos in the front.

This place was fine, the only thing that could be improved was knowing where to park. It wasn't very clear and we didn't want to park in the wrong spot. I only put no for personnel because there were no personnel as we returned after hours. The site won't let me submit if I choose "not applicable"

Uhaul gave us the wrong location. We wasted 40 minutes going to big Ben’s for our truck when it was never there.
