This is my first time ever renting through U-Haul. The website allowed me to book my vehicle through a local provider but then I was rebooked to a location 45 minutes away. I was also quoted $50 for insurance, but when I picked up the vehicle they charged me $140. The back of the vehicle was full of dust but did not know that this was considered dirty.Jeff C.

1) CSR was not adequately trained to assist when we had trouble with our mobile pickup reservation. It ultimately took 2hrs on the phone to pickup the vehicle! The CSR appeared to be trying their best, but they appeared to be hamstrung by your system. 2) The final invoice has serious issues. It mixes Miles and Km. It does NOT clearly reflect the quote we were given. ($19.95 plus km), NOR does it clearly explain how the final charges were determined. Overall a very poor experience.Karen T.
The van is not cleaned or sanitized during Covid, I had to wipe down with Lysol wipes all the shared touch surfaces & spray with Lysol to kill all the bacteria. Food crumbs were left on the seats and floors were full of dirt.Gregory S.
