Nothing the service I got from this location was the best. I would recommend this location to anyone.
DEBRAH AThey need better directon on where to park trucks after hours and where is the freaking drop box. No signs just a free for all. Left truck no where to leave key so now going back in morning to drop off key. Also anyone coule steal the stuff out of back no way to secure backend. Whole experience sucked

carmen dTHE DAMN TRUCK NEEDS TO HAVE CRUISE CONTROL!!! I had over 1000 mile trip and no cruise control. Clean the windshield and outside of truck. The windshield washer didn't work. There was no appliance dolly to rent. I reserved moving blankets but they were not any when I picked up the truck. Poor selection of boxes to buy.
Timothy BI had one minor problem, not with the vehicle, but just with the mileage and they rectified the situation quickly. I would definitely recommend renting from here again. The Front desk person Jennifer was very helpful and friendly..

Denise LMake sure your staff is up to date on all policy and procedures. Because the individual who was assisting us at that location informed us that it was open to turn in the truck to the nearest location available. Come to find out when we arrive in Austin that was not the case. We had to actually return the truck to the one that uhaul designated.

DIANNA YThe truck was not clean when I picked it up. There was candy in the passenger side door handle and the cargo area Had not been swept from the previous user. I cleaned the truck and left the candy in the door as I found it. When I turned the truck in cleaner than I found it I was charged $35 cleaning fee. I took photos of the cab and cargo area showing the truck was clean and still received an unauthorized $35 cleaning fee on my credit card.
JIMMY BWe needed the trailer for a local move/remodel so we needed it for a couple of days while the work was completed on the new house but we had to be out of the old one and U-haul and Big Spring Lock and Storage worked around our situation to perfection. Thank You!

JAMES TThe live chat was sub-par. They just did the bare minimum and then stopped talking to me when I really needed help. Also, the location was gone for 45 minutes at the time of my appointment. The vehicle itself was fantastic though, it was fun to drive, even if I was just moving furniture.
