We went to the Cashmere drop off point first and was greeted rudely with almost open defiance as to what are you doing here and was told to leave and go back to Wenatchee. In Salem I was told to leave it at Cashmere. I'll NEVER GO OR RENT UHAUL AT THAT CASHMERE OUTLET WENATCHEE WAS OPEN AND FRIENDLY.Michael H.
Check in after hours apps need some work. I tried through the website and couldn't complete because it wouldn't let me upload photos. Then tried through the app and it was asking to to input mileage and gas level etc... even though I was returning a trailer. Needs some work.Matt K.

This has nothing to do with big T's, this is for U-Haul. The drop off process was very confusing and time consuming! I was on hold for about 10 mins the rep was nice but calling to find out where to go isn't effective service. I tried to log into my account and kept getting errors that's why I had to call. Then for drop off the website continued to give me errors. I took about 20-30 mins to complete the mobile drop off due to website errors. This was not an internet connectivity issues.Alicia O.

Do not recommend this location due to unscrupulous business practices and no attendants during open hours. Specifically asked uhaul for this location's operating hours so we could drop off when an attendant was there. Location was not staffed when we arrived and drop off was unclear dispite signage. Location fraudulently charged a cleaning fee and owner was rude and argumentative when trying to resolve by phone. Owner called me names and dismissed my frustrations of staff missing during operating hours and unclear signage by saying signage was created by a â€œprofessional sign maker.â€ Also acknowledged his staff was not onsite during operating hours to inform me clearly of the drop off procedures.Steve M.

The kid that was at the Uhaul at Big T's was kind of clueless, the truck that they planned to give me wasn't ready to travel across Canada. They charged me more than quoted because he said that location has several trucks already.Billie D.

There were trash left in the cab of the truck from the pervious renters. Truck Smelled like someone doused the truck with AXE. Actually gave me a head ache. Gentleman who walked out of the office when i arrive made a comment that I didn't find so funny in regards to me making sure I was getting the size vehicle I reserved/ was paying for by correcting the lady i rented 15" not a 20" . Not very approachable either also had to inch my way out being someone parked right on the ide of the building and stood there making sure I didn't scratch her truck, instead of parking when the sign said to park for visitors.Catrina F.

I am a regular renter of U-Haul equipment. The equipment at this location is newer and clean. IT was easy to use and there were no unpleasant surprises. The in-person check out and return were flawless. I appreciated the in-person customer service, and it will make this location my "go to" when I next need to rent.Charles R.

My comment applies to U-Haul in general. I only wanted to book the small truck rental for one-way, one day. It said two days on the online reservation. It wasn't clear to me that the $650 for one-way usage was the true price. Customer service at U-Haul alleviated my confusion, but had I known all this at the beginning, I would have found another way to meet my needs. Big T's, the location I rented the truck from, was a great location and the service was very good.Jeremy J.

A windshield wiper was broken and both blades were severely worn and in need of replacement. The windshield wiper fuel was near empty and not winter mix. When I tested the wipers the morning after pick up the right-side wiper blade was broken and separated from the arm. The w[per fluid was frozen. I stopped by the U-Haul dealer in Omak, the manager apologized, replaced the blades and added winter blend fluid (kudos to the manager).james G.
You can stop Tieing up peoples credit cards by double charging them i better have the money refunded my credit card for something that acording to your app was only sapose to cost me $50.57 you have now pulled more than $180 off of my credit cardedward F.

The worst customer service I have ever had, EVER. The kid that talked to me needs to be fired immediately. I won't be calling U-Haul in the future because of him. I have started a dispute with u- haul. Reference # 3572097. I will take this dispute as far as necessary to have it resolved and my falsely chargers returned to me. I have so many pictures to show the ignorance of the lot attendant.Jason D.

The manager her was a TOTAL jerk. I Toka the trailer back a day early but at 4:40 pm â€” 10 minutes after closing but they were still there and wouldn't help us check in. I called the next day and went to the location and he would not check me in. I had to phone UHaul to check in â€œafter hoursâ€ while I was there so he could add $20 to my overall coast. He was the biggest jerk I have dealt with in 40 years of working in customer service. Never use this guy.Edward C.
Everything was good until getting to drop off after hours. Your app was a bit of a pain. It took many, many attempts to upload pictures of the vehicle, even though it was being done correctly. That was the only bad experience though.MARK C.

didn't like it at all before I brought it for two days and grabbed the smallest one and I'm seeing that they charged me $88 dollars when what I had to pay was $47 I spoke and they told me that they weren't going to return anything to me because I didn't fill out a format per line but their employees never told me that I had I don't recommend itSalvador R.
I would not recommend this location because I was supposed to pay $ 29.27 and end up paying $ 50.99 and deliver the equipment on time. And the shield they put on the surcharge was that the delivery of the equipment online did not finish, when they never told me to do that.
