gave me a truck had a broken gas tank, and uhual can't find a replacement truck for me. I had to unload a full truck furniture and found a moving company. By the way, Uhual still charged me.

very bad service. we rented a truck at 4pm and returned it the next day at 3pm. they charged us for 2 days rent. they said we should have returned it the same day. I will report to BBB. Uhaul should not have dealer like bills smoke shop. they will mess up their reputation

The inside of the uhaul truck was disgusting, there were dirty q-tips and strange hair all over the seats.

While the site in Sylmar was excellent. We were sent to 4 different sites in a 24 hour period. One site (Ventura) had the courtesy to call us to let us know the truck did not arrive. Another site ( Sherman Oaks) did not call to tell us the truck was broken and not available. We drove for an hour to get to Sherman Oaks to find this out. We were then diverted to Sylmar. The whole pick-up experience set us back many hours during a critical time period.

The drop off location did not give me a receipt. He told me I'd receive one via email I never did. I was charged 166.00 which should have only been for gas when I called they told me to call uhaul. As the location in Las Vegas shouldn't have charged me. Horrible experience that I'm still trying to work out with my credit card company. Never again will I rent
