The hours/reservation times do not match Bins&Bays hours. U-Haul needs to update this. Fortunately, the owner was very kind and helpful and worked with me to still get the trailer at the 9:30 reservation time.

John II had no cell service in the area and had a terrible time trying to log in to the app an work through the process of pick up. I had to get a phone from a different carrier in order to complete and that was also very slow. ( Verizon- no service, AT&T bad service). Although that is not the fault of the owner, I would not recommend for this reason. This is a time sensitive need -renting a truck and I wasted over an hour with the process of pickup.

Ryan CBoth times we rented in NJ we were redirected to a location far from home. This trailer got a flat tire 30 min into the trip and turned a 13 hour trip into a 30 hour trip

rob fBased on my experience there is no room for improvement.. it was quick in & out no hassle or hold up.. the lady who was working there was very nice and answered all the questions without any attitude at all.. very happy with the level of service provided.. I will use Uhaul again in the future.

Chris RI used the uhaul app for the first time. Although the app worked fine is was a bit cumbersome. I told the gentleman at the counter it's probably just easier to have dealt with him human to human that to navigate through this app.

ALLEN LThe electronic system used by the desk clerk did not show our drop off location that was confirmed in our e-mail. Clerk could not find it and marked as "unsure" lowering our confidence in being able to drop off at the right location on close. We did not receive our preferred location for pickup, and the messaging was not clear that the "location" of our pickup had changed so we went to our reserved location first, before being redirected elsewhere.
