Ron SAs I had a problem with the return of the trailer, I rented, the person that rented it to me did not put down the proper procedures to return. It was supposed to be a one way then they told me. I could drop it off at a certain location. When I dropped it off the person come out and said they do not accept trailers at that location. I had to drive 40 km to return it to a different location out of my way. This was not acceptable.

Erica CI don’t think there is. The location has ample space to get around in, easy to get to. There all the handy items a person might need for trailering or packing that they may have forgotten. Mostly, the person there was very nice to deal with, and she was very helpful making sure my vehicle’s electrical connections were clean and worked properly.

Ian RPicked up enclosed trailer. It was sitting in an unplowed parking area. After taking the trailer, it was noted that the tires were low on air pressure and had worn tires. Upon returning it, I informed the location of the issues
DARRYL GI have used this location a few times by either renting a trailer from them or dropping off a trailer or a truck from a different location. I always find that they are always professional and friendly service. Another U-Haul dealer even recommended returning a rental here over other locations around Fredericton.
david sThe van worked perfectly for what I needed (transport stuff to the landfill). Easy enough to drive and manoeuvre. Easy enough to navigate the website for what I needed. Will definitely use again.
Lynn SThe $30 gas is a joke. I dropped the vehicle off with the same amount, though they say it wasn't. When I rented the vehicle it had 90 miles remaining to empty. When I dropped it off, it had 88 miles to empty. I used the overnight drop off so I guess they can bill me whatever......Not happy at all.
Wade HThe truck we got had two major safety issues. 1. There was a lot of snow/rain on our way but the driver side wiper was broken. It wont even release the washer fluid! Every few minutes we had to stop to either manually clean the wind shield and/or temporarily fix the wipers. This was extremely dangerous as we were stopping multiple times on the highway and making our journey extremely frustrating in the brutal weather and night time. 2. The steering wheel was vibrating a lot when the brake pedal was pressed. It tells me that the brake rotors/pads needs to be replaced! We were feeling unsafe and extremely disappointed with the vehicle provided. At that point, our business move was very time sensitive (impacting multiple stakeholders) so we had no option but to slowly continue our journey. This costed us delays and hence our business move was delayed by 6 hours, costing us a financial loss.
Simranjeet SHad originally rented from AJ tire Center on St Mary’s street for 9AM however when we arrived at their location that opened at 8 no one was there and no one was answering the phone. Called the Carmen Ave location the man was super friendly and was able to help me out. When we arrived he had the truck running and ready to go. Great service from this location and friendly staff.

Arthur Ethe appliance dolly that i had reserved was not on the truck, and with no one there to help me i couldn't complete the move as desired. what could have taken me 3 hours to complete took more than 12. thanks for the brutally hard move.
Daniel DTruck was extremely filthy on the inside. There was a pack of American cigarettes in the center console with a 1/2 smoked one in a pack that stunk the cab of gross stale burnt tobacco. There were squished bugs on the inside of windshield and the dirt and debris on outside of windshield would not wash off due to the poor condition of the wipers. A sticky substance covered the steering wheel and door handles. Mud, dust and hair or animal fur covered both driver and passenger seat and floor. I mentioned this to the person working and she did not accept responsibility, instead was told someone else did not clean properly and that the dirt inside can not be removed. This U Haul does not make cleanliness or the customers personal safety a priority. There still exists communical diseases that can be controlled by ensuring the equipment you rent is sanitized to allow for safe handling.

lou cReturned vehicle without any issues. Inquired again about military rates or discounts and still was told there was nothing available. Overall I was not very satisfied with my rental as I paid $7,000 for a truck for 5 days without ANY equipment rentals. Also, suspension in 26 ft trucks are very rough as belongings got damaged along the way, air bag suspension recommended.
