My truck was very dirty in the cab and the back. I had to clean the back out to load my stuff. The inside of the windshield was so dirty oncoming cars with lights on blinded me. The knob on the fan control was missing so I could not control fan speed.

I was told by the dispatch that I would be able to hand off my rental to someone at the drop off location provided Iarrived before 5pm. I was told I could not drop off my rental if there was no staff at the location. The location was closed when I arrived at 4:12 pm. I called customer service and I was informed that this location is never open on Saturday and Sunday. VERY frustrating experience!!!!

jing cMake sure they tell the TRUTH about the return..I feel like I was lied to. No one will answer the phone when I tried to contact them and the Uhaul web site would not let me complete the return because they had put the return place incorrect.
