Install tie downs in each van with the engineered working load limit clearly marked. Why would I choose to put my valuables in your vans only to have them bang around and get damaged. Those "things" that were on the walls of the van I rented were rubrails .... I will not rent another U-Haul van unless Tie downs with a working load limit have been installed.Leray H.

I ordered this on-line, real easy process but when I got to the store there was a U-Haul tax included. Why did the on-line not have that figured in? Not a state tax because Montana does not have a tax. small difference but you should disclose all costs. Just upsetting when you have an automated system and don't use it properly.Craig A B.

The trailer was setting in tall grass. Also had to return to the building for a replacement electrical cable. Improvement can be made by more gravel area for the equipment to sit on and personnel should check all wiring and hook up equipment to ensure it is ready to go.bonnie S.

Even though I reserved a uhaul 3 weeks ahead of my move, they called me the day before, after I had everything ready to put in it and cancelled--saying someone else got here before me!!!! You cannot do that to people. I am ill and I had to pay $30 to a friend to drive me 100 miles to get the unhal in Kemmerer and drive home. I spend $20 on gas. When I got in Montana , the uhual rep there said they forgot to adjust the miles by 200 and he was going to charge me extra! You guys suck and I am telling everyone I know how badly you treat your customers and I hope to get on Instagram, FB and Twister and destroy your reputation. I got no compensation for the terror I went through to get this move done according to a plan that was in place for a month or more.Janet S.

We dropped the truck one day early at the designated site and two days later we received a call asking if we had been able to drop the truck off. The agent had not entered the information into the computer so it did not show they had received the truck. We stopped at the location the next day and the truck was there but still had not been checked in. We talked with one of the associates and he promised to get it handled that day. Two hours later I received a call from this associate and he assured me that the truck had was checked in and there would be no additional charges. I received an email the next day with the return receipt.Carol M.
