Scott BeardI was disappointed in the pricing. The advertising was $19.95 + .86 per mile. I drove 20 which came to $20. However it ended costing me around 63 dollars. I called and was told there was a $24 insurance charge. When I booked the truck, it never says anything about the insurance charge. Maybe you should note that in the ad. It’s kind of deceiving.

Gian GuerreroTrailer had a hole/leak and the mattress and box spring are soaked because it was raining. That was the entire purpose of getting an enclosed trailer so that the contents were safe from the weather.
James Bigler-DamianFantastic operation - really came through for a last minute need of a large truck. No other location had the 26' truck I needed for this job. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the check-in process online was super slow to load. As this location seems fairly remote, would be a big win to add some sort of wifi extender to the area.
Hugh BellWe have rented from this location a few times and they are awesome. Only issue this time was that the truck leaked and we had some furniture that got wet. So far it appears that there was no permanent damage.

Doug YoungThe owner called me the day before and tried to get me to pick up a day early , due to possible storm.she informed me that she would NOT drive down to dispatch me if it was storming. After checking the weather and me insisting that I pick it up as I had a reservation for it, she informed me that if it was raining the day of pick up, then I would have to connect it myself. The staff that came was not friendly at all. He acted as if it was a bother to even show up….had an attitude about being there……and it was not raining. Terrible customer care!

When I returned the truck, the man was kind and helpful. However, due to the overall experience, I wouldn't recommend ever using the app. I'd either go to a place in person or use another company.

charles merriottThis facility has an anti customer approach. Already with an attitude towards customer that we are intending to do wrong or demand service. Dictates when you should pick up vehicles or trailers and not open to discussion. They DO NOT try to accommodate. I was charged a so called cleaning fee because I didn’t parked in an area that I couldn’t back into. The risk of damaging the trailer was high so I parked into a convenient location not blocking many other like trailers. Could not reason with proprietor. Also charged two days because of their “we will work when we want to” schedule. Since check out was beyond 1100?! And return was next day. Terrible terrible business. Do not recommend
LOWELL WILSONWe were quite pleased with renting from this location. The lady (didn't catch her name) was so easy to work with. We did a last minute rental and she was flexible with our time of pickup and how to check in. When we arrived the truck was ready with the trailer hitched and parked ready to roll out of the lot. Couldn't get much easier then what we had. Thanks again.
David GrubbLocation and truck were great! Major issues with the UHaul App and the UHaul customer support line was useless. Lost 3 hours picking up and dropping off truck due to app not moving forward (the dreaded spinning circle). I thought it might be internet signal, however, other apps and internet worked fine at both pickup and drop off locations. When I called customer support, total of approximately 1hr on hold talking to no one. When someone finally answered, we were told, “Well I can’t see you to check you out so you have to use the online process.” The online process and your help line employee need to be addressed. The help line person(s) may be outsourced, however, that is no excuse. People are often on a time crunch when moving items in your trucks. 3 hours is unacceptable and causes major issues.
Zachary BillingsleyI needed a car dolly last minute after finding that the othe U-Haul place was randomly closed. Bobbi answered her phone well before they were open and assured me that she had a dolly and would be out there to assist me. 100% recommend!

Fred EdmondsEquipment was damaged all over, I should have refused it, but oh well. Documented the damage with photos before leaving with the truck. Moved a CLEAN toolbox and a CLEAN motorcycle in the truck, and then was charged a cleaning fee. I think not. Manager says it will take 7 days to credit the fee back, I think not. Total bullshit. Will be using Ryder trucks from now on, and disputing the charges with my credit card company
Kevin LongWould have loved to have used a location that was closer to my house but they didn’t have what I needed. Would have been nice to have dropped it off at location closer to my house but cost was too much.
Cynthia ConleyExpect to wait 45 minutes before you get your U-Haul & another to drop it off. There is no service & everything must be done on the app. This location needs to look into a wifi hotspot option for people using their services.
Jacqueline TateCheck in person was busy and said he didn’t have time to check me in, to leave the vehicle and then he’d send me the receipt. Then I got a $25 cleaning fee added to my bill. Also the cab was not clean when I picked up the truck. The blankets were folded. It’s BS.
John OlingerWould like to know why I was charged a $20 fee for after hours return, when I returned the Truck an 2:45 PM on Thursday afternoon the day before it was due. And, I would like to know why I was charged for 5 gallons of gas when I only put 15 miles on the truck. Thay equates to only 3 miles per gallon??? Otherwise, the person that checked me in was kind, courteous and knowledgeable.

Johanna SealWhen returning the trailer, the person was helpful every time we called. However, we were unaware of having to take pictures and scan the location’s barcode. We had to make 3 trips back to the return location to scan barcode and take pictures. The location has terrible cell phone service and uploading information to Uhaul’s site took an extremely long time. The return site should be more informative of requirements to drop off equipment.

Ted SorgThe truck and keys were returned before return time and was clean with rug pads in the back of the truck. I was charged for a cleaning fee and extra days because they do not have someone full staff at the location for returning trucks. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Brandon IrbyIt was to confusing. If it it is not as simple as 1, 2, 3 you need to scrap it. For what you are charging you should have someone on site part of each day.
