Make sure the dispatcher of the rental sticks to the rental agreement. The dispatcher of my rental applied a safe move himself. That was not on the agreement i had.Gregory W.

These people who run this location are unreliable truck was left dirty from previous customer. I called them twice and left a message. No one returned my calls, I then proceeded to contact u-haul customer service with two dropped calls and no one attempted to call me back. The third representative helped me. The guy who runs this company/location called my mother back from one of the three #'s posted on the door of the shop that was suppose to be open at 9a but was still closed at 10:30a mean while the customer service representative that I was on the phone with was calling the same # I had already called with no contact at all like myself. Then when I finally was able to see the guy who run this location he thought it was ok to be smart mouth towards me. Nope wrong person. This was the worst experience I have ever had from U-Haul and I used this company in Aug to move my children to college and it went smooth. This reservation was booked about 2 months in advance. And this was the worst because I had to drive 30 minutes out the way to pick up a truck from a non reliable source.LATASHA W.

Place was trashy and very unprofessional... lack of communication between company and vendor. ... no actual price for equipment and mileage and over charged for miles ??? How can I be charged for going over miles when there wasn't ever any set miles amd then they tried to pull out a extra 286 dollars from my account without authorization.... and then when I tried to call uhaul customer service I can NEVER. Unbeknownst to me , my car was not properly strapped down. I found this out when I went to drop off the equipment which was 3 hrs away. A serious accident could have occurred.Tenishia M.

Unclear where to drop off. Unprofessional and uninviting attendant. Place was dirty. My initial drop off location was changed to this location by UHaul, which I didn't appreciate. I went to the first location, which was a much nicer location, and was directed to this drop off location.Brian W.

The vehicle driver side door was hard to close and it rattled the whole trip.Cheryl R.
The gentleman wasn't at the location and I had to wait. There was dirty napkins in the truck. He then called us and informed us not to use the app to check back in when finished because it would over charge us. So, we didn't and STILL GOT OVER CHARGED. I called U-Haul customer support and the manager never contacted us.Kelsey Z.
