They do not know how to deal with customer. They gave me truck with low fuel level than mentioned in contract. Then asked me if i bring back with mentioned fuel level, then will get discount. I got less fuel then after running around 9 miles returned truck with more fuel than it actually was. But got no discount. So i end up paying more. So i will try to avoid using this location and UHAUL as well. It was poor

I dont add any insurance but they charge for the insurance too and i got bill of 57 dollar but they deduct 80 dollar i dont know what is that thing

Donovan ABut let's explain what happened at 1355 Gerrard St E. I'm booked a van and need to pick up it after working hours. So I came from Brampton to pick up a van close to my new live place with plans that I can leave it in the same place the next day. But no one didn't call me after the reservation. So I came and have no chance to do what I needed. I called but no one didn't pick up the phone, I've tried many times. So I looked for another opinion and went to Brampton back because only there I would have a truck. So I spent $70 on a taxi and wasted 5 hours on this trip. 'Perfect' experience.
Denys SSalesman man did put safe move coverage without asking and when i said I don’t need that he said he can’t remove it but i can take it off at the end of the trip which doesn’t make any sense and i asked him I’m pretty sure it’s not gonna work like that When i came to return after just 3 hours obviously it’s wasn’t gonna work but he wasn’t on the shift and new guys told me obviously I can’t remove safe move (insurance coverage) at the end of my trip which I already knew so
Satwinder SThis rating is for the UHAUL Company and not the convenience store where i picked up my truck. My pickup time was 2pm i got my uhaul @ 4pm. Apparently, UHAUL had something wrong with the system and i left home and spent hour on the phone with customer service, one after another, then the system is up and they asked me to go back and do it again. They didn't care about my time nor my hustle. Nobody had the man balls to reimburse me the 50$ as the website mentioned in case you as a client didn't get the van upon the appointment. These people they sell you something online and then when you go in person to get it, you find out that you bought something else. Even worse, when they kept texting me about the check out when i was behind one hour and never took anything into consideration that i got it after 2 hours and i should keep the van more. Messed up situation and I won't be using UHAUL again. Today was my loss and nobody gave any shit about my Shit day. Overall , If i have the option to give zero rating i wouldn't mind. This bad customer service i faced today.
dib nTrain all your staff to be able to answer and assist instead of transferring them to other departments because they can't help them. It's annoying and a waste of time. I've been over charged, given wrong information, no one wants to help resolve the issue and no one cares. Worst interactions with uhall this time around and very disappointing.
Maneca GOn line checkout and checkin was atrocious! The site was slow, too many questions, information missing the could have been captured by the representative and more frustratingly, the inability for the location to assist me due to no system access and the csr not able to check me in due to issues with the site. The whole process was a nightmare and a complete waste of valuable time. If the main locations don't have what I'm looking for, I'll be using another company.
