Agent had not previously checked in a vehicle for which an accident report had been filed, so had some difficulty getting the process completed, but he was nice, very helpful, & there was a big rocking chair to rest in while I waited.

Everything was ok however the lights on the trailer were not working just one light and also the cap over the brake fluid was missing didn’t notice either until a family member seen the lights who was behind me and when checking the safety chains notice the cap not sure if it was on when I picked it up but after getting loaded and before leaving then notice it. Overall no complaints whatsoever

I had reserved an appliance hand truck which was not available. They tried to give me an "old" useless hand truck but I refused it. I ended up going to another uhaul location and they were able to rent one to me.

We reserved a 26 foot truck to move. We had a very tight schedule and a few days to accomplish loading and relocating. Upon arriving to pick up our truck we found that the truck was unavailable because previous renter opted not to turn in truck for another 5 days. Fortunately area rep approved use of two 15 foot trucks that were only trucks at this site in exchange for 26 foot truck. We were able to complete our move but was much more complicated than originally planned.

I rented a dolly which wasn’t on the truck but I was charged for it. It would be nice to know that they didn’t have one and not be charged for something I don’t get.

Rental of truck via phone was easy. Bladenboro Hardware was supposed to open at 7am. No one arrived until 8:40am. Had to call UHaul rep and he was VERY helpful in attempting to contact his supervisor and the rental store. Once employee arrived, she was very apologetic and easy to work with, but did cause significant delay in our moving plans. Truck clean and rental very easy. Was told by UHaul rep that we would receive a $50 credit for the delay in pickup. Does not show on my statement.

There was an issue with the roll down door on the trailer. After we loaded the trailer, we had a very hard time lowering the roll down door. After we unloaded the trailer, we absolutely could not lower the door.

It would be great if this location would have had a truck with a dolly and blankets for use, even for an additional fee.

#1 I spent forever on your website filling out information to expidite this process. None of that information was on their computer system. #2 They did not look over the truck, just handed me the keys, and I guess I was responsible for any damage. #3 I had to pick up the truck miles and miles away from where I needed to use it, why wasn't that calculated into my mileage? There were multiple U Haul places closer. #4 I asked for moving blankets, specified on your website, were they there, no. Why offer something that you can't provide at all your locations? I could go on, but I'll stop here. I need another truck next month, if I do not get a discount, Budget Truck it is.

I was finished with the truck the same day I used it. When I got there I had no instrructions telling me what to turn in, they were closed on sundays I don't know if a camera caught me turning it in on Saturday night with a time stamp. There were people walking upand down the road at night and it was dark place hard to find the drop box.

It seems there was some misinformation regarding payment for the truck. When I made my reservation, I asked for a 1-day rental but was told that I would be allowed three days. At the pickup location, I was told that a "hold" was placed on my account for the three days, but that I would receive an adjustment at the dropoff location so that only one day would be paid. However, at the dropoff location, I was told that wasn't the case and I had to pay for three days useage when all I asked for and needed was one day. In the future, if all U-Haul offers is a three day rental, I'll use another company.

when i picked up the truck it was on a half a tank. i returned it the same. i had 2 wittness's that there was a half a tank in the truck. while someone was pumping i was watching the gas needle. the store was closed and i parked it locked it and turned in the key at the drop box. when i checked my bank account the drop off store had charged me for 62.00 more dollars. when i called, the lady who i spoke with said she checked in in and there was only a quarter of a tank in the truck. when i explained to her that was not so i knew how much i put in and what was in the truck when i got it, she was rude, and aurged with me. i have used u-haul in the past and have never been treated this way. instead of her tring to go over details she was more interested in telling me i was wrong about the gas. did she turn the truck on when she checked it? did someone check behind her? she had me so upset i had to just hang up. i would suggest she be inserviced on customer relations and the proper tone to
