When I phoned the location to make a reservation for a box truck I was advised that reservations could not be made over the phone and that I would have to do so online. I went to the website and made a reservation for the first available time slot which was 12:30. When I arrived at the location ( a chained lot in the middle of an industrial area) no one was present. After waiting 15 minutes I called the number on the sign posted and was told by the gentleman who answered the phone that " his guy" was just getting back from lunch and would be there momentarily. I waited another 15 minutes and phoned again to advise that no one had showed up and that it was now 30 minutes past my reservation time. The gentleman said that he didn't know why they gave me a reservation time at 12:30 since " his guy" takes lunch from 12:-00- 1:00. An individual namaed Eric showed up

Padraic MThe drivers side visor was broken and impaired my vision the entire trip. I was forced to duct tape it to see during my drive. The check engine light was on from the beginning of my trip.l until the end. The van had a quarter tank of gas in it from the start of the rental when the agreement says it should be returned with 5/8 of a tank. The van itself sounded like it was going to break down at any moment and was not worth $327 of my money. Especially considering I returned the vehicle with more gas than when I picked it up, I should have gotten a credit back.
Matthew MTo be honest Sean made everything smooth I couldn't have asked if anything better. I read the reviews n the reviews that where 1star . I had none of those problems. He got gas ,mileage and someone was there minutes after I called n was done n had my receipt in minutes. Thanks because it was a stressful day. Made easier by your service.

Edward DI have filed a complaint about this It felt unsafe, it was unclear where to drop the truck off and also where to put the keys. There was very limited signage and it was a very long harrowing ordeal. Please see case #4492474

Michael FApart from the 10’ box truck I rented, I also placed an order for a half dozen furniture pads, which I paid for, and yet didn’t receive at any point during my rental. Overall the experience was above average. The truck got surprisingly decent gas mileage, but the back of the truck was pretty dirty

Nicole CThey should either keep the gate unlocked or have a person staffed at the lot. My reservation time was 4PM, and as instructed by U-Haul, I arrived 10 minutes early. The gate was locked. I called the number on the facility’s sign and a person promptly answered that someone would come in 2 minutes to unlock the gate. The gate wasn’t unlocked until 4:25, effectively cutting into my reservation time by 30 minutes. I had also reserved a utility dolly, but the truck did not have one loaded. I had to drive to another u-haul rental dealer to pick up a utility dolly, which also wasted reservation time and gas to pick up. Otherwise, the truck functioned well and was clean.

hans sThey went out of their way for me. I was late to the drop off and didn’t do the check in properly. By the time I returned less than 10 minutes later, they had already shown up and finished the check in process. Great service, I’d use them again.
Brian FMileage and gas didn't match paperwork . We took pics and told attendant, he said it was updated in system and nothing else was needed. I didn't know he should've sent updated contacts. Now I'm fighting w uhaul for being overcharged . This has been an awful experience

Michael BThe inside of the car smelled like cigarettes, it wasn’t properly clean. The one incharge didn’t even know I had a booking. I had to wait 20 mins to get the truck and then 30mins to return it.

Francis BAlthough this location was good. I had a reservation for a prior location at 1245. There was no van there so i was sent to another location which pushed the time i needed the van an hour later.

Charles GNothing. Really. The day before I was supposed to pack my minivan with my daughter's belongings for her final year of college, my alternator (and battery) failed. I looked up Cargo vans, and found Blessed Towing. Late the night before I booked my one-day reservation online, and the next morning, just before it was due I received a call from Felix, making sure we were set for the rental. He was attentive and personable, and when I arrived walked me through the rest of the booking process. The van was IMMACULATE!!!! 416 miles on the odometer. The A/C was POWERFUL, and on a hot August day much appreciated. The backup camera built into the rear view mirror was a treat, although I was so focused on the side mirrors I missed it the first reverse. I was over an hour late returning the van (sorry again, NY traffic), yet the owner of Blessed (who I am embarrassed I do not know by name), was polite and understanding when I finally arrived. I will use this location any time I need a U-Haul cargo van or Pickup truck. Truly BLESSED to find Blessed towing for my moving needs.

Joseph SAgent was awesome and had great customer service. Hey corporate, fix your website because I was billed 15 dollars for insurance I never ordered.
