Paul H.I reserved a 15' truck for March 30, someone from Uhaul phoned and said a 15' was not available but I could get a 20' at no extra charge, and I said that was fine. When I went to pickup the truck it was for a 26' for March 31. The dealer tried to change it and after about 20 min. phoned your office and they had to make up a new contract. After going through everything again, the dealer said he would email me the contract. As we had disconnected our wifi, I never read the email until the next night at a motel. It read that we were going to Raymond and had to drop the truck off there, instead of Lethbridge where we were moving to. I phoned Uhaul and got them to change that and the women told me she would try, but no promises. Then when I did drop off the truck, the dealer tried to charge me for more mileage. Am I impressed with Uhaul.... not at all!

eric B.Our experience with bliss was fine but the shell dealer didn't have equipment ready, didn't warn us that the truck wasn't starting, and didn't have good customer service in dealing with the issue. We rented a truck for 8 am and could not pick up until 11 but still had to have truck back by 8 the next day. Poor service. Will look into other dealers in the future

Randolph W.The person running the pick up location was excellent, he went above and beyond to help the situation. The problem is that the reservation I made 4 weeks in advance was not honoured. The phone system to speak to a customer service rep is appalling. I never did get through nor did I get a call back attempting to use the online chat. My entire move was delayed for days because my reservation wasn't honoured nor was there another truck available. Plus the day before I was to pick up the truck at my desired location I was told to pick it up at a location 2.5 hours away. The amount of money I spent on fuel because of this is more than I paid for the truck rental! I want a refund and I will never use uhual again and I will warn others to avoid the headache and added hardship and expense uhual puts on its customers. Zero starts do NOT recommend.
toni B.The whole experience was slow and disorganized. I have rented u-hauls many times, and after everytime I do, I swear I'll never do it again. The computer kept crashing, the information on file about me had 2 different birthdates for me. The owner taking my information argued with me, and insulted my husband. (He asked me how I could live with my husband!!!!) To rent a trailer, even with all my information on file, took over an hour! Totally unnecessary and unacceptable. As a result, we almost cancelled the trailer. He is not a good representative of your company.

JOHN A.Don't know the office arrangement but a woman "allowed" me to wait inside in -24 C weather after leaving me outside for 10 min. Then the owner was about 10 minutes late after asking me to be there at 09:00 Punctually counts. Everything else was fine.

Tyler G.agent needs to pay attention to client's detailed travel/moving plan Agent insisted that truck needs to be returned, even though drop off option available truck rental rates are rated in terms of Miles, but the rate metric is measured in cents/kilometre. there is massive confusion as to whether is it Canadian currency per kilometre, or USD per kilometre. Therefore the booking system is confusing, misleading stressful and improperly set-up.
