Some type of automotive fluid was leaking out of the front of the U-Haul after it was driven 100 miles. Not sure if that was a chance failure or caused by lack of vehicle maintenance. The mobile check-in service was a bit lengthy and required confirmation from two emergency contacts and employer. The key receptacle contained the incorrect key, but Michelle was most helpful and helped me check in and get the correct key. Michelle was fantastic, but the system was a bit difficult.

You then sent me too another location and then another location, then too a location a hour from my house. I was then change for mileage there and beck even though it wasn't my fault you fishy have the truck I had reserved. Horrible! Made a stressful situation even more stressful. Wasted my time and money!

Kyle B.My rental location was changed to a location I would not have picked. It is not in a great location. There should have been a notice on the app of the correct address where the truck was located. I was not aware I had to pick up my rental before 9 o'clock. I had it rented from 9 to 5 and thought I could pick it up anytime between then. Only to find out that because I did not pick it up at nine I could not get on the app to login. It took a very long time for me to get a representative to help me assist to get a key to get into our truck. Then to return it the same thing happened I returned it four hours earlier than it was needed to be back and I could not get into the app again. I was very unhappy with the whole entire process.
