Stephen SI could not even know for sure if we were at a Uhaul rental until I went behind the building to see some trucks. I had to ask another customer if this was the uhaul location...and she didn't know.... They found by pads, but didn't have a hand dolly, so I had to drive to the other location 100 miles away to get my dolly. You all gave me a couple extra days and extra miles on the contract, but I had to pay for my time and gas to make my move happen...just saying. Probably $100 I spent on the trip just to get MY truck to my house...and also spent $60 on my personal vehilcle and my wifes time was another thing. :(

Tanner BSaid the uhaul system was down. Later I find out they charged me a fuel fee to put 4 gallons of fuel in the truck. I just stopped and put fuel in the truck right before I dropped it off so there was just over a quarter of a tank, but they said there was only a quarter of tank. What a joke. Always a way to squeeze a few more dollars out of the honest person I guess.

Francisco JTHE LOCATION WAS NOT THE ISSUE!! Bloedorn was great and very helpful!! The problem was with U-HAUL company itself and this online reservation system. I had a reservation for a truck that was not at that location and hadn't been. I was never contacted via phone or email that there was a problem with my reservation before the time I went to pick it up. The person that the Bloedorn folks called said they had called me several times, they absolutely did not!! I had no missed calls or voicemails. Not did I have any other emails from U-HAUL other than me confirmation. I was told this has been an ongoing issue for will over a year with U-HAUL. It's best to just call the locations that have U-HAUL and reserve. COMPLETELY AVOID the online U-HAUL service!!

Steven BThey charged me for an extra day even though I returned it an hour early…I was supposed to get $100 back and only received $41. The truck was returned clean, with less miles than allotted, full of fuel and returned an hour early. And was charged almost $300 for a rental that was supposed to be $169. Not thrilled.

Terri PIt’s not their fault. You corporate morons that don’t have a clue what you are doing with your billing and customer service. I didn’t even use the trailer. I went to Torrington WY. To pick it up on my own time and took it to AJ’s and dropped it off and you think you are going to charge me 1,300 dollars ?? I’m starting a dispute with my credit card co as soon as I get home.

Ronald RThe truck needs wiper blades as soon as possible. I had to stop driving during a rain storm because the wipers were absolutely worn out and ineffective. There was also food remnants inside the cab and cargo box. Also, the exterior of the truck was dirty and needs a wash.

Kayleen CI was suppose to pick up the auto transporter in Scottsbluff, NE instead had to travel over 120 plus miles out of my way and spend over 2 and 1/2 hours out of my day to find a auto transporter that Uhaul reservation had set up at Scottsbluff. I under stand you cannot control when customers drop off your equipment and was ok with going to Torrington. The staff there and Scottsbluff were very professional about the whole thing. But i feel i should be compensated/discounted for my rental expense.

CHRISTIAN RCounter representative was awesome! He helped me hook up trailer and assisted me with the hook up. I highly recommend the Bloedorn uhaul office.
RICHARD DOnly 1 rear light out of 4 worked. The dealer went out of his way to help repair the lights but nothing worked. We took it as is because after an hour we needed to get going and we would be only driving in daylight.

Bryan SPick up location was good, UHaul roadside assistance was terrible. Our truck would not start after filling up with fuel and did not get a response from roadside assistance for over an hour. Ended up hiring our own mechanic and paying for it ourselves. Would not recommend UHaul brand.

GRANT FMore simplified online booking/ reservation process
CLINTON MUhaul at this location was great. However I was overcharged and had to call customer service 2x. The first person said she would refund and didn't and said she would call back and didn't. Second person started arguing with me about what I was quoted and when Iwhen I told her she was wrong she decided to call reservation manager who confirmed what I had said. Poor poor customer service by the call center.
