The truck needs an alignment. It kept tugging while on the highway. I thought I was going to crash. The passenger side mirror is loose and moves position. Eventually i couldn’t see who was to my right. The customer service rep was awesome though!

This was not my original location .the original location Speedy Mart 9200 BROADWAY ST #135, SAN ANTONIO TX. did not take my truck. He threw the keys on the floor and was not willing to help me find a solution. He was very rude and just plain nasty. This location should never be in this business if he gets tickets for have too many trucks on the lot. This is unacceptable. Very poor. I called Uhaul and there is a ticket open and was told I would receive a call from a supervisor. That never happened. I will never rent from Uhaul again. There are other options.

Dollies were not provided as asked in the original order was not told until pick up they had no dollies at that location, an email stating that priplor to pick up would have very helpful, it made the move extremely back breaking

I was charged double for the rental even though I only went one hour over the time I estimated. I was also charged for a utility dolly I never had. I only had an appliance dolly. And I put the gas back to the marked indicator on the agreement and was still charged a fuel charge.

This was a very appreciative experience! I had to rent after normal hours, then a severe storm disrupted and delayed my move. The people were very kind, patient and courteous, from the booking agent to the store personnel. Thanks!!!

I was pleased with the U-Haul truck, but I was not able to get the U-Haul from the place that I had originally went to. I had to go to another U-Haul placel to pick up my truck. The people were unfriendly, they did not mention the insurance on the truck. I will not be returning to this particular U-Haul place.

Know what you are signing. My contract listed 24 blankets for 10 dollars when I was charged 20. The truck was fine and he got me in and out in no time. No issues.

When I arrived at the drop off location there was no sign or other U-Haul equipment on the premises to identify the location as a neighborhood U-Haul dealer. I went to the check out counter and inquired if I was at the correct facility. The lady at the counter contacted a young man by mobile phone, and he and I had a FaceTime conversation. When I informed him I was there to drop off the truck, he said I must be mistaken because he had no drop offs scheduled for yesterday morning. I gave him my confirmation number and the address on the drop off notification, he reaccessed his computer and found the information after a few moments and the drop off was completed. From my view point there seemed to be a disconnect between U—Haul and the dealer even though I was aware of the drop off point 24 hours in advance. My experience with U-Haul was disappointing overall to say the least. The equipment was good, but the customer service was deficient on so many levels. The one exception was Marissa in Reservations. She was superior in her willingness to help and resolve issues, and should be commended for her abilities and resourcefulness.
