No one is in office except by Appointment only. Printer was non- functioning so I did not receive a print out of rental contract. When I called phone number of this u- haul location to reserve rental, no one answers phone, and did not return my calls even though I left a message each time.Katherine N.

I arrived at the facility to find a note on the door informing customers to call the number on the note if they need assistance as they do not staff the location. The note said if I made an appointment to rent a trailer, someone would arrive at the reservation time. The man was only a few minutes late which was no problem. He was also very polite and professional. However, he never even walked over to the trailer. He was in his truck and gone before I even backed up to it. I've rented several trailers from U-Haul over the years and they have always hooked it up to my truck and looked it over with me at check-out and check-in. I had to hook up the trailer myself and took pictures before I left the facility. When I returned the trailer there was nobody there to check it in or look it over and clear it as having no damage. So I disconnected the trailer and had to take more pictures to prove it was not damaged when I dropped it off. Not my best experience with U-Haul. One would think your company would be more careful to inspect the places that rent your vehicles.Kurt R.

I ordered a 10 foot box truck when I picked it up the box had a big puddle of water in it.... also when I returned it they tried to charge me for 375 extra miles so I called customer service. They seemed to have it figured out yet a few days later an extra 300 dollars was taken out of my account. I had to contact the manager that oversees the dealer as the dealer would not answer the phone. The manager I spoke with refunded the money but it could take up to 5 day to get the money back. It has been an overall nightmare experience and I would not suggest this dealer to anyoneJared C.

The lady was very nice and helpful, considering she had no idea underground sales had arranged for us to rent the 12x9 trailer for the same price as the 5x8 trailer that they could not provide, even though we had a guaranteed reservation. Uhaul reservations are worthless. We will not be using uhaul ever again. Very upsetting experience.George C.

If equipment is not available in a certain area, then do not allow the reservation to be made. Traveling over 50 miles to retrieve a trailer is quite a distance. If the equipment is not available, then the website should reflect that.Sean O.
Overall Uhaul experience not with this location was AWFUL. I was transferred 20+ minutes away to this location after the uhaul on teall ave in Syracuse failed to actually have a truck available or call the previous renter until I got there. B&W storage was gracious enough to show up even though they were normally closed.Catherine C.
