I was charged insurance after telling him I didn’t want it. I drove 33 miles but he put 40. It was a terrible experience. I called the customer service number and they told me I have to connect with the retailer I rented from, but the retailer told me I have to connect with uhual. Very surprised with the service.

After making a reservation, we had to wait over an hour to pick up our truck. It was not the truck we originally made a reservation for and came very dirty with trash from the previous renter. We are not satisfied with this transaction at all and will not recommend this store to anyone else.

The dashboard kept flashing that the tires were low in air, it would not let me make a phone call off my phone while I was in the van and I had to call U-Haul multiple times when I finally got to my destination and hour and a half away I could not get the back door open I tried tirelessly for over an hour and I had to workers on standby I still had to make another trip I finally called U-Haul they connect me to roadside assistance they told me it's going to take over 2 hours to get someone there to help me I got a neighbor to help me get the door open went to pick up another load came back to my destination same thing happened the door would not open tried to call Marathon gas station they would not answer just kept going to a fax machine called U-Haul customer service three times This was actually the worst experience I've had with U-Haul.. The air was either on or off it would not blow max air when I rented it this guy said oh this is a great van This this was not a great van but the worst experience was supposed to return it by 5:00 had extended till 8:00 because of all the screw-ups that happened throughout the day with U-Haul.

Truck was destroyed, window left open so there’s bugs in there. They didn’t categorize my return properly so said that I had it for an extra three days looks like I got overcharged for coverage I didn’t accept. Overall poor experience

The location is very scretchy. I signed up to do mobile check in/pickup but when i arrived i had to go into the gas station and wait in line to get the rental key. Okay. Brought the uhaul back in the same location and when going into the store to turn back in the key they made me move the truck several times before allowing me to return the key. They were trying to add more miles on. One more mile was irritating but I didn’t complain, i just wanted to get home. Did not give me a receipt upon checking out but when i received it in my email the man added insurances on that I declined several times. Adding another $15.00. Not sure how in check out they can even do this but it was done. Luckily i was able to call uhaul and they saw that I declined coverage and processed the refund but i would never rent from this sketchy location ever again and if Uhaul wants to keep a dealer from tarnishing their name.. this is one location they should shut down.

This location is very convienent for us and use it a lot for quick moves of our patio furniture when we need to leave our lot. The issue is the persons behind the counter can be rude and unaware of reservations made on line and give us a hard time about it. It does'nt happen all the time but lately it has become a problem for us.

I checked off no insurance but it was added on my bill. The manager of the store did not explain any details to me. This was my first time renting a truck so I didn’t know I had to refill before returning. It wasn’t stated on website. The gas station manager didn’t explain details to me and even said no worries when I asked what a $60+ charge was for. Next time I will use Penske or another company. What was $20 + .99 mileage for 27 miles ended up costing me almost a $100. I tried to dispute it and never received a call.

I had to give to the above location because the original location in palm beach gardens did not have the truck we reserved over a week ago available or the size under that one. It was the biggest inconvenience because it made the movers we hired via your website to run late because we had to drive to a different location completely out of our way. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from Palm Beach Gardens store.

We ordered a dolly & there was none available.Van was filthy & smelled like manure. Huge red spider running across front interior window,most dangerous while driving & could not get it out. The 2 young workers in station were very pleasant & helpful. The gas station interior dirty with sugar ants all over the coffee counter.

The process could be mobile accepted The U-Haul was dirty from the last customer..they are at a gas station The truck was parked two feet from the vacuum I think after each use they should vacuum it out and charge the person that made a mess

The attendant left 1 hour before time, there was no phone call to let me know that her would not be there. I had to go back the following day, he basically rushed through the checkin, the truck was not clean

I had reserved a truck and movers a month before my move, but UHaul could only confirm the movers, not the truck. At the 11th hour, they were able to confirm a truck, which was about 60 miles from my starting point. I had to push everything back a day. Moving, which is already a stressful experience, was made worse by my experience with UHaul. The pickup location was at a random gas station where I could barely hear what the attendant was asking from behind the partition. And the app did not work to upload the driver's license. Further, only a utility dolly was available, while I had requested furniture pads and a furniture dolly.

I've used UHaul many times over the past 20+ years, so this statement comes with some experience... that hole-in-the-wall gas station was one of the friendlies, most efficient experiences ever. You should clone that guy.

We i return the truck i asked the guy how many miles , he said 8- 9 miles but i review my paper in my email it's showing more than. 8×.79=6.32 cent so how it came to $23 & some change so that's like 30- 32 miles. Which is not correct. It shows ni mileage estimated but charging me $23 & some change. Gonna call my credit card company.

On the oringinal order I deleted the $10.00 extra charge foe damage coverage because my insurance covers any damage to any thing we rent, on our receit we were charged that $10.00 and we are not happy about that and hopefully can get it refunded.

Have the the additional equipment (dollies) available or update stock accordingly. We were moving and really needed the dollies we reserved only to be told AT CHECKOUT that these weren’t available, so we had to go find dollies and ultimately end up PURCHASING our own.

Have anyperson there to actually make a contract .Un professional n rude and false charges . Onto of no vehicle there that I reserved forcing me wait 130 mins ans take a smaller truck with two people on pay to move losing 2 hours times two pe[ple then double driving cause too small rental truck . I chose this location because it was close to my storage unit where I needed to pick items up from I arrived on time to pick up my truck and the character behind the counter who was supposed to be assisted me after I told him my name instead of helping me since I was the only one in his gas station at the time helping every person that came in to pay gas or to whatever I mean I was there first I think he should have continued to help me I wasn't there to wait around time is at the essence I had paid a worker to work by the hour and we stood around there for like an hour well some other worker there helped him learn how to use the computer so he can finish my transaction he was Kim and this other worker were talking and their tongue language which I felt to be unprofessional and rude eating a sandwich drinking everything but finishing the darn contract I told him that I've never experienced anything like this before I've rented a lot of U-Hauls before and on top of everything when it was all said and done when I returned the truck I guess overage that I still have to pay and instead of them just wiping it off they had a billing company call me for a dollar six remind you the truck was just returned you know the same day I rented it and not only I got the email talking about this dollar six it had the wrong license number my wrong birthday my last name spelled wrong so I emailed them and told them this is all wrong and I said oh there's nothing they can do about it cuz the contract has ended I do not recommend this location to anybody who likes anything professional if you like working out of a circus this place is for you I won't ever rent here again.

We spent almost an hour to pick up the truck, and this is not the employee’s fault, he was as polite and helpful as he could be, this is an early morning pick up before 8 am and we were constantly interrupted in the middle of the process because there were customers coming into the store for their morning shop and only one person to handle everything. Even though I rate my overall experience as very good , picking up the truck was not , Is not acceptable spending that much time. Again the employee was very professional and helpful, but uhaul must find a way to expedite this process.

There were ants all over this convenience store/gas station counter. It was crowded, confusing, poorly lit and I had to drive my vehicle off-road to get to where the uhaul was. The person helping me was hard to understand and not helpful.

The guy at the counter was not only rude and snatched my phone and my ID out of my hand and yelled at me the entire time, but didn't want to help me and was incredibly frustrating to deal with. It took me 45 mins to get the truck. And that was with a reservation. The website had me take pictures of my ID an when I got there it was not transferred over. Returning the vehicle, it was replaced with the gas and they still well overcharged me to fill the tank, when it was half way filled. I have photos. I am so appalled by this whole experience.

The truck was very dirty and I had to clean it before using it. There were roaches and I had to spray it. There was less gas than was indicated on the form. I was charged 6.71for something I don’t know about. Never going back there again.

Twice I rented from this location within 2 weeks the first time I returned equipment without using due to faulty equipment same thing happened again while driving a beeping noise and dash lite up and brake light came on also it stated stable stabilitrak and also right rear tire needed air of which I pointed out to guy I also have pictures and U haul both times had dirt in it

I was charged twice for a one way that I changed to a round town trip. $246.19 and $83.25. I was even charged $25.00 for cleaning fee. Which I was the one who clean it myself. I have the receipt for the truck cleaning… Which is more than even $25.00.

I received the vehicle extremely filthy inside and out. I had no other options at the time but to take the vehicle. I cleaned it out to the best of my ability before returning it. I have been charged a $25 cleaning fee. This fee should have been charged to the previous renter and it should have been cleaned before I received it. Worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. I noted how filthy the vehicle was when i checked in online.

The staff, one person, trying to watch the store, the uhaul trucks, fed ex drivers, and customers in general wasn't able to keep up and several people left unhappy. He wasn't very friendly and kept telling me I still had to resign the forms and place Deepak.

Would definitely NEVER recommend this location to anyone, ever. The manager was a complete scammer, who never checked me in once the van was returned for an entire WEEK, then has the audacity to call me and say I never put gas when I returned it with the exact same amount of gas I had in the tank when the van was picked up. Then he got smart with me, called the police and had told them I went over the mileage, but when I called uhaul customer service to make a complaint, they said he was charging me for the days that I didn’t have the vehicle in my possession (it was returned). So unprofessional, and will be making a complaint with corporate against him for trying to scam me.

I reserved online when I got to store to share my location and pick up the vehicle with mobile checkout the store clerk said to give him my I'd and he changed my entire reservation mileage amount miles and added insurance without my knowledge also the trucks are dented everywhere and lights are missing from trucks

Same issue, one guy working in a gas station. I had to wait in line while people were buying scratch off lottery tickets and beer. Then he had me go back out to the truck to take pictures to show him that I had put gas in, mileage, and bring the appliance dolly, flat dolly, and blankets in because he couldn’t leave to come out.

I went to pick up the truck a gas station, the attendant called the owner to ask him about what truck to give me , the truck he gave me was dirty inside and the windshield was crack on the side by the passenger side I almost didn’t see it I saw it after I noticed the drversdoor didn’t closed properly that I started looking around for everything, I told the attendant to please call the owner again Gand change my truck, I didn’t felt safe to drive it , and he did changed the truck. I think this change directly with the owner and not with Uhall resolved on a confusing bill, I was charged for 3 extra days after I returned the truck on the Same day I rented it , I only used it for 3hrs . I called Uhall and was told that the amounts I saw on my bank was only on hold but my bank charged me overdraft fees because it was deducted (or hold $72 per day for 4 days. I had to called Uhall to clear things up and they told me my final bill was $76
