Brenda CRate location: Has nothing to do with U-Haul the company, but the representative and the location. The smell of cigarette smoke was prevalent before you entered the building (including ash trays on the table outside the front door), while you were in the office, and from the representative as I followed her to the vehicle. I realize that smoking is a personal issue, but in this day and age, smoke smell is very apparent and unwanted by more and more people. Equipment: I had reserved a utility dolly with my on-line reservation. When I picked up the vehicle I was told the location did not have utility dollies and had not for several months. I had to drive to another U-Haul location to get a dollie (and it was an appliance dollie as they did not have utility dollies).
Scott GWe did a drop-off during non-business hours and there was no room to park the moving van. There was no way into the access gates and no one available on a phone line to assist. There should be better accommodations available for drop-off convenience.
Steve MLocation did not have dolly in the truck and was never received. Location also closed early.

Joel MThe office had a sign out that they were closed for “personal reasons” and didn’t have the dollies we reserved, or just wouldn’t load them for us. Return parking was limited to spaces in front of storage so we parked it where we picked it up. Same spot but against contract so we shoukdnt get charged extra for parking.

Jacquelyn BGet rid of the old equipment. I reserved 2 dollies with the truck but received none. Had to go to different location 10 miles away to get dollies because that location is closed on Sunday. Truck had over 100k miles on it and the ride was very rough. Last time for me.

The after-hour drop-off QR code process was a little challenging and I wasn’t able to check the truck back in but that has nothing to do with the helpful staff.
