Kelvin II was charged a cleaning charge. It was returned spotless. The time before when I rented here, they claimed we used gas. It was not in truck when we picked it up. The person called his boss and said I should have checked before I left. First time renter. So the last time I used it I rinsed out truck, ramp and vacuumed and wiped it down. When I got my receipt I was charged a cleaning charge of $25. It's like they gonna over charge you regardless. I won't rent there again

Christopher SMica and Cheyenne were very easy to work with. They had me in a truck and out the door quickly. When bringing the truck back Cheyenne was very competent in taking care of me. I was out the door in 15 minutes. I would definitely use U-haul at Blue Sky Storage again. I would recommend them to any one needing a truck for moving. Chris C.

Janet COnly issue was the ac cut on and then didn’t cut back on and it was in the high 90’s. Ended up taking it back early and not finishing my need for the truck due to it being extremely hot. The sign in the truck said the ac would stop if it was accelerated, but it didn’t work half the time when it wasn’t. Only issue I have.

Robert KWe had to drop off our trailer early due to a broken vehicle. We were stressed out enough about the vehicle issue. We returned the trailer on 5/24/2023 at the location above they didn’t check in the trailer until 5/27/2023 after repeated phone calls. They hung up on us and were extremely rude. Not helpful quite honestly the complete opposite. Horrible customer service and a bad representative for the Uhaul brand
