The agent in charge is horrible. He is never there and door are locked all the time and he has a TV parked next to the supposedly called office and stays inside while customer with reservation waiting behind locked office. He never answer the phone and always is answering machine. Worst uhul experience ever.

Location is sketchy, rental truck was beat up and the moving blankets we rented were not available at this location so I had to drive to another and rent them separately.
Catherine SLocation was confusing to find and did not feel safe. Shack where you pick up keys smelled so badly that I had to stand outside. Communication was gruff and hard to decipher. Return Location was equally as confusing.
Andrea SThe check engine light was on right from the beginning. The driver's door had to be slammed to close fully. The uhaul attendant was 20 minutes late to check it out and then when I returned it, he was on lunch and didn't check it back in until after his lunch ended.

Mary RUpon arriving, it was difficult to locate. The entrance was chained off… had to park on the street in the red zone as there was no parking available. There is small signage to send you to the back of the lot where a very small shack is located. Business was not open at 7 AM as indicated. When I knocked on the small shack/business store, a young man stepped out of a mobile home on property. After going through the mobile pick up process, I was ready to have my driver exit with the vehicle. However, the young gentleman’s father had to open the closed off/chained driveway/entrance. After he opened it, he was questioning where I was dropping the vehicle off and kept telling me that it would’ve been cheaper to return it to him. Mind you this is after I’ve already done the entire process and he kept telling me to “do the math.”. If he was being helpful, he did not come across as so. I would not return to this location whatsoever. Grateful that the mobile process went through and I was able to do what I needed to do for the day.

The rep at usual was in the office playing computer games and was not interested in providing any type of customer service until I pushed for it. The truck itself has horrible suspension and was one of the poorest rides that I have ever experienced from a usual vehicle. The location being at the back side of a car lot with somebody living in an RV with a pitbull

I didn't get my rental until 10am and lost Time with the movers I had already paid for. I was told I would get an email confirmation and noting this was the worts service never using uhaul again

Wayne HAs I went up to the front station to inquire about renting a U-Haul truck, Events had his bulldog and a trailer where the trailer front door was not secure, and the screen of the door had a hole in it. Vinces bulldog jumped out of the door and was trying to attack my puppy that was in the arms of my employee. I was extremely terrified. Secondly, Events explained that I had to bring the truck all the way back to him after I was done utilizing it, which took me over an hour and a half. I found out later that was not the case. I could’ve dropped the truck off to a neighboring partnering U-Haul facility, I wasted a lot of time that could’ve been put towards my work. I will never use this facility again and I will definitely tell my friends and family to stay away from this facility!!!
