Ugh, I ran into a problem with my password which wouldn't work. Was on hold for two hours and passed to 5 different people who said they could help but to no avail. Finally, I was passed to Kim Merow, who was a tremendous help. I do not know her position but whatever it is you should promote her. DougDouglas V.
The entire experience was atrocious. I booked a specific size and location weeks in advance for a cross province move. I was advised three days before the move the size was not available and the day before the move my location was changed. Ended up having to book a second truck for my move. This will be last time I use UHAUL- poor customer service.twanna L.

Depo said my reservation was at 528 Kennedy rd but it was. Truck was packed, then wouldn't start. Waited over two hours for roadside. I was told I was not going to have to pay for the rental and I was charged $160 still. I will not recommend. Overall very poor experienceKristen H.
Truck was not ready for the time that I asked. There was so much confusion on renting a truck. Should not have been as difficult as it was. The lot was over crowded and could barely get out once we got the truck. I will not use uhaul againMichael M.
I did not receive a dolly that I bought and yet was charged twice for. There was no communication when I asked questions in the chat. The site to check in and check out both crashed as I was trying to work them. There was no one on site to help. I received a bill for double the price I agreed to on check out, I complained and feel like I'm getting automated messages.Karolina P.
I had to wait for two hours to pick my truck as the lock coffee given was incorrect. There was literally no assistance to customer. I was waiting in the phone line with customer care, but it was busy throughout period. So o could not talk or explain about the problem with anyone. And there were multiple customer care numbers and few of them are not even valid. Not sure how uhaul has been surviving with this poor support. Moreover after getting the keys the person in the location was not even feeling sorry and was trying to blame on the other employee. And I did not see in the attitude that the mistake was from uhaul side rather was saying about some individual. When I asked about if the truck rental period can be extended by two as it was given to me two hours late, I did not get any response. Over all I do not recommend U-Haul to anyone.naresh S.

Trailer was parked in driveway making it difficult to get vehicle out of lot. A covered area where keys are picked up/dropped off would be nice as it was raining heavily when I picked up vehicle.William M.

Dont use this location. Its dangerous to get in and out of with no parking for non uhaul vehicles. The truck was in disrepair with bad brakes.Jordan M.

My whole experience this weekend was terrible. I went to pick up a van from a different location and there was no key in the lockbox. I had to call customer service to have my reservation changed. Terrible customer service by UHAUL head office - rude and inconsiderate. Changing pick-up locations last minute on people is ridiculous. Also didn't have any furniture dollies for us as ordered with our rental so we had to scramble to get some last minute also. For the location specifically - directions for pick up were unclear though luckily we arrived when the office was open so could speak to an actual person.James J.
