Great customer service. Disappointed that there was a shortage of blankets as I could not rent any this time.
stanley wTruck was filthy and brakes were bad leak in roof of truck got our items wet. Over charged for mileage and said the take wasn't full and we filled it up before we dropped it off.

David EProvide "mule" for hitching trailers. It isn't good for employee or customer to halve to lift heavy tonque weight of trailers to hitch them up.

FRANCISCO GThe cargo area was dirty with mud and leaves, and smelled as if 10 dirty dogs had been sleeping in it. We had to clean and mop the floor and ramp before we could use it.

jim wTruck had garbage in cab no window cleaner in truck windows so dirty couldn't hardly see.had to pick truck up 20 miles away from where I went to rent then had to take back.was told milage would be adjusted and it wasn't then rushed when brought back I returned it earlier than I had to put gas in it miles down road and still got charged for gas when gauge said what it was suppose to.

Dan PRented uhauls many times over the years & from this location several times in particular. By far the easiest, quickest, & most reliable pick up store. Even open & manned on a holiday weekend. Very positive experience, truck was perfect for move.
Sharon SI tried to go across the street to get gas after parking in the lot.. the ignition would not start..Ib then get a$60 charge for having not enough gas even though the truck has exact amount it started with which was below 1/4 tank.
Mike MWheel had lots of play in it. Ramp would not go up unless we got under to see what was causing the snag. Bit in general it got the job done.
Patrick LThe U-haul mobile app didn't work on my phone. I would get a blank screen when checking in the truck. I tried several times and got the same thing after a hour trying to check-in the truck I borrowed someone's IPhone and after 2 try's I was able to finally check in the truck. This was very frustrating and should not have taken a hour to return a vehicle.

Brett WMake sure you have additional items such as dollys in stock when customers reserve them online. The website stated they were in stock but there were none at the location when I arrived.
