your truck need to have cruise control on of your truck if I every rent one again it would have cruise control. And a person should not have to drive 50 to 70 miles to pickup the truck at was one of the thinks. I should them able to pickup up the truck up 3 or 5 miles from my home where I reserved it.robert S.

There is no way I drove that many miles. I had to pick up truck in another town that is 12 miles away. I got a discount because of inconvenience ty. Then u-haul says I drove another 14 miles, when I only made one trip across town. Mobile check in was a pain, so I didn't get the hour it took for the lady to get it to through. Lady was very friendly. I Don't blame anything on her just u-haul.Sherri P.

The lady at Bob Dixon Service Center was great to work with! I was supposed to pick up the truck in another city, but they did not have it available come the day I needed it. I got sent to Bob Dixon Service Center, which was an hour away. Inconvenient for sure, but the lady there was great to work with and it turned out fine!Callie W.

Need to let customers know ahead of the final bill that there is an insurance charge also included. My initial estimate of bill was cost of truck rental plus fee plus mileage charges but nothing about an insurance charge. My regular insurance policy covers rental vehiclesDennis B.

I drove the truck through a rain storm. When I got home I did not start to unload the furniture until the next day. When I started to unload things I had wrapped/covered several pieces with the moving blankets and I noticed that several of them were wet/moist from the storm. Nothing was damaged but if I had been moving real valuable pieces I would not have been happy. I rented a truck to keep the rain away. There is no reason why there was water inside the van in my mind.Scott J.

This has nothing to do with Bob's but I sent a request to be contacted by phone because I returned my trailer a day early but was charged for the full contract also would like to talk with a representative about my contract my name is Patrick Balsley 1(815)631-1431Patrick B.
They attached a tow dolly, then the system said it couldn't work. Then had to switch to a full car carrier. I had to drive 50 minutes out of my way just for a tow dolly, which cost me $18.00+ in tolls, and also 20 bucks in gas, not to mention my time over 1 1/2 hrs driving out of my way causing me to have to reschedule my movers and cost me even more $$$Dan T.

I am extremely disappointed with my UHaul experience this time. First of all, I ordered the truck from a local UHaul dealer (Oregon, IL). My online experience indicated that it would be coming from there so I put the mileage at 25 miles. The next thing I know I'm receiving a call from a Dixon UHaul telling me the truck will be coming from there. When I questioned the extra miles, he said it looks like UHaul was giving me a mileage difference. However, that's not what I see on the bill! For that reason it cost me $22 more than anticipated. Worse than that however, was my experience at that location and with UHaul online in general. I arrived there at 7:50 ready to pick up my truck. The gal servicing me was new but very nice. She was definitely not the problem. However, one way or another, I didn't get out of there with my truck until 9:05 (one hour later and the email I received afterwards told me that the truck was still due for return at 6 pm). As a result, I paid the two guys from Johnson Movers, Senca, IL, a half hour each (at the rate of $75 each) for doing nothing. While I rented a UHaul December, 2017 for a move from Phoenix to IL that was very satisfying, I will not be renting from you again. A frustrating and disappointing experience to say the least.
