I checked my U-Haul in to the location I picked it up from approximately 6 hours after I got it and here I am still 5 days later getting calls that they don't know where it is. The woman who supposed to check it in was extremely unprofessional.

After being told I could pick up anytime, I was unable to due to the manager not actually working there and didnt like to be bothered outside of work. Trailer lights did not function they refused to work on them and did not have another to replace it so I had to rewire plug myself at home. The trailer tires were incredibly old and a technology no longer used, so I ended up with blow out 1/4 into my move across country. Lastly, I was told to drop off in one location to save money and the "manager did not put it in the notes so I missed out on the discount for hauling to different location, but ended up taking 25 minutes to drag it to next location. DO NOT USE this location USE ROOSEVELT OFFICE!!!

I returned a truck about three weeks ago to K&M in Vernal with no problems. I requested K&M for this turn-in but it was apparently unavailable. At Bob's Auto, the woman who checks in the truck was not there but I was told by a man there to leave it and did. He did not check the equipment or the condition of the truck or look at the mileage or fuel level with me. I took the truck at 1/2 tank in Washington Utah and turned it in with almost 3/4 of a tank. I just got an e-mail bill for $11.88 along with the contention that the truck had less than 1/2 tank of gas. Apparently, you should always make sure (even if they don't want to) that the check in people check the mileage and fuel level in your presence.

Customer service was descent. The company's phone confirmation towards U-haul pickup was over-complicated. I ended up calling 2 different phone numbers and waiting up to 2 hours only to find out the location was at Bob's Auto.

The truck was very dirty took 4 hrs to clean the back so we could even put anything in the back the relay for the lights was messed up put in a formal complaint was told someone would contacy us and nobody ever did.

equipment was buried under deep snow, we were told to take the trailer nearest the gate. We had no help no one came outside at all. Also the trailer we were told to take turned out to be totally different then the information in the form. This turned out to cause difficulty during the return process.

Jennifer did an awesome job helping us out under a HUGE time crunch. We ended up having to keep the truck a couple of extra days and it was no problem for her to give us a hand with using it longer than we thought. If they can accommodate in any way, they are great to do so. Two thumbs up and a positive experience! We will definitely do business with them again.

Minimal parking. Onstreet not in yard. Uhaul rep wasn't there. Auto mechanic in back took the keys. Little office space that looked like a tornado had hit it.

Had no idea of my rental, sent me to a different location. Truck wasn't available at time it had been reserved and came in 7 hours later. Nothing but a runaround.

When told you got trailer with best tread and have flat tire. Maybe tires should have been changed out before customer has issued. But road side assist cost us about 2 hrs.

Bob's Auto is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The employee I spoke with on the phone gave clear instructions about where/how to drop off the trailer.

Even though we had reserved blankets, they gave them to someone else the day before. We had to go to another uhaul location to get the blankets. Even though it is stated in the 6 page rental agreement (therefore technically my problem - not uhauls), pointing out at the time of pick up that the rental is due at a specific time - not just due at some point that day - would have been nice. I was nailed with a $20 "late fee" because I dropped it off a few hours after its due time. I didn't even know it had a specific due time! Just a due day. Obviously I would have returned the trailer by the specific time if I'd been aware of it... guess I'll have to read the "fine print" from now on...

Make sure equipment is ready to go. Our reservation was made a week before pick up and they had noting ready. The truck was frozen over so we had to wait for everything to deforest we had to go to a different location because they claimed their car haulers were stuck and they couldn't access them. It was a complete mess and caused us a good amount of lost time. All the tires on the truck had extremely low pressure, almost like the rental location had not looked over the truck. Very disappointed!

The person who helped me simply attached the trailer to my vehicle. He then stated "The rest is up to you" and walked off. I attached the chains and the wiring harness to my vehicle and checked the lights myself. Worse - the tires on the trailer are bald. I discovered this halfway through my trip with no option to stop due to time constraints. Horrible experience - this location should be removed from your agent list.

I had to drive 220 miles round trip to pick up the truck when I had reserved it at my home town. I won't use U-haul again!!!

At 27 miles our front right tire blew out. I mean, it shredded off the wheel. It obviously was a retread since the top layer peeled off as it blew up. We waited 2 hours for replacement.

Maybe have a secure drop off place for equipment after hours. A chain or lock to lock trailers to something instead of just leaving them unhooked in front of the business

Did not have truck we originally ordered. Had to pull over for road assistance fuse was blown for trailer tail lights. Horrible experience we have had and we use U-Haul every time we have moved.

Have the gas gage verified visually prior to having the customer sign for a certain gas amount... i was pressed for time so i signed for 9/16 of a tank but got only 1/2... other than that it was spectacular.

Keep up the great service. Prior coordination with the rental site proved valuable because I picked up the trailer in Vernal Utah. The plan and execution was exactly as agreed by me and the Utah service provider. It was an excellent trailer as I pulled it 2200 miles over the Rocky Mountain range to Augusta, Ga. No issues and no problems noted. I will rent from U-Haul again based on my experience.

I had to drop this trailer off on a Sunday. It was a towing and auto repair business. Of course no one was there and the business was gated. Had to leave trailer by the road. Felt very uncomfortable leaving it by road.I was told that there was a special drop when i picked up the trailer but there was not. Would be nice to have a more secure drop.
