There needs to be someone to rent the truck when the customer shows up. Uhaul needs to provide a working phone number for the location especially when it is 20 mi away from the location specified in the reservation.DAVID B.

The owner showed in pajamas, 35 minutes after I was supposed to pick my truck up. Then I had to go get the dolly I ordered at a different location. The man at this store was completely rude. I will NEVER Recommend, nor use, this company again.Jenna C.

The vehicle was not as clean as I expected. I have rented many Uhauls in the past and this is the first time I was disappointed with the trucks appearance. Have always been very clean in the past. The truck could have definitely used a sweep and the cup holders wiped down.Heather R.

We had so much trouble with our order.. The trailer was broken on one of the tire straps.. We did not get any information on how to do the car on or off the equipment.. The uhaul dealer had little to no training..Kimberly R G.

My husband tried to drop the dolly off & they couldn't get into the computer. After he waited10 minutes he then called me to complete the return. When I arrived we were told â€œthe guy is at home he'll be here in a few minutes â€œ. When he finally made it, it still took him about 20 minutes to give me a receipt. We spent over 30 minutes at this location to turn the dolly in. I called customer service & I was told I could just leave it & they would email me a receipt. Why would I trust them to email me a receipt when we had to wait on someone to come & complete the return because the ladies in the store didn't know how to.Crystal J.
