The vehicle was fine but the 76 station I picked up from was very slow with the check out process even though I had already reserved online. Then when i came back to return it there was a different clerk who had no clue about the check in process. It took a long time to do the check in and check out but luckily I wasn’t in a rush

The person who checked me in that morning was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. The truck was clean and easier to drive than I thought, being a 20 footer.
RICHARD PIKEHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First off, we requested to pick up in Puyallup not Tacoma, it was already an inconvenience. Also we were setup to do a ride share to get a discount which at the last minute canceled so we did not get any discount or credits for changing our schedule to accommodate that request. So we were already upset with uhaul at this point. When we arrived we had to wait over 30 mins to be helped, there was only one person working and they were helping customers who were purchasing food at this location not uhaul related. The guy working was no help at all and did not speak English. We had to talk to someone from uhaul on the phone and do the pick up process ourselves. When we were doing the inspection, we noticed that every single truck on the lot had all the gas siphoned. We couldn’t even drive the truck off the lot because it had no gas in the tank. Thankfully this location happened to also be a gas station so we were able to get a little bit of fuel in it to get over to the pump. The truck was surrounded by trash and had trash on the hood. There was glass all over the seats and floor of the truck, in the back of the truck there was dirt and leaves all over we had to clean it all out ourselves.
