The truck was clean. The truck drove terribly and wasn’t able to drive no more than 35-40 because the truck start vibrating/ shaking so bad to I was afraid of breaking down. The engine light was on and the guy was aware of it before checking the truck out

Reserved furniture dolly not available at this location. Drove 3-4 miles down the road to another location to pick one up. Also, Cargo area not thoroughly cleaned. Borrowed a broom to cleaned it.

Be more organized and customer-friendly. I feel we were there longer than we needed to be because they had to search for/locate the truck key, and, when the truck was finally brought around from the back, nobody did a walk around with us, they just left us without any instructions and went back inside the building to do something else. We had to go back in to ask for the truck key so we could drive away. Would only recommend this location based on its close proximity to our area.

Roaches were all in the truck U-Haul couldn’t replace my truck so they sprayed and bombed it and roaches ended up crawling inside my furniture and a few got into my new place and when I returned the truck they still tried to charge me $300 and still hasn’t sent out my refund just a bad experience for me

Truck breaks squeaky. Gas was 55 miles from empty when I picked up truck. Had I seen the budget trucks at Napa store first i would have used them.

Got the truck and reserved 2 dollies. Didn't have dollies and truck'd check engine light came on the next morning...the morning we were going to use it. Had to trade it in. Luckily the Watson Blvd location had a truck and I was able to swap it out. That said...WHY SEND ME TO THE LOCATION YOU DID, WHEN THE ACTUAL UHAUL PLACE IN WARNER ROBINS HAD A TRUCK I NEEDED?!?!? I made my reservation 2 weeks early...this should have neen easy...

It was not a very well lit location. I would have been really scared if my husband had not been with me. The truck smelled horrendous. We had to drive all the way to Warner Robbins to pick this truck up and got charged for the mileage to drop it back off there. Not a good experience. Renting a van just to deliver a large painting cost us a 120,- . Not doing that again.

I did an after hours pick up. I got there and there was only 1 truck in the parking lot.. I had to go to tha app and fill out the rental forms when I got to the truck... I could not do it before. So I was standing in a dark unsafe area alone at night. The lock box was almost impossible to open and the key did not fit the truck at the pick up location. I contacted uhaul as I could not reach the provider. I had to uber home with my truck... the next morning I went back to the provider and my truck was parked a block away on a different street. The Provider looked in the back of the truck and said I was good to go. I got home and the dollies and blankets I paid for were not in the truck and I had to drive back to the provider. The did not have the blankets and I had to then drive to a 2nd store... I paid for 24 hours and only had access to the truck 12 hours and I had more miles because of the mix up. It was not pleasant unsafe experience.

Nobody was there to find out if I parked in the right place. I passed up a couple of open uhaul places on the way to this one that would have been better to drop it off if it wouldn’t have cost me extra money.

The representative was GREAT! However the manager is HORRIBLE!!!! This should not be an authorized dealer! The practices at this location are shady. We reserved a 15 ft truck, that was nasty on the inside, needed maintenance, and the gas was not where the contract stated. When we went to complete contract the rep had to call corporate because the system was charging us $23 for the difference in the gas. We were at this location for 1hour which is ridiculous!! I'm expecting a full refund for having missed my appointment for my storage which caused delays for moving.

Both pick up and drop off locations did not provide adequate service. The pick up location did not supply the moving pads I ordered and the associate I spoke to at BOND LOGISTICS was incredibly rude trying to get that situated during the drop off process. Basically- my additional charges were brushed off as someone else’s problem, so go call them. Super “helpful”. Also, your hours of operation are advertised as 24hr service, but you’re locking up to go home at 3pm on a Wednesday. Ok, fine. I call CABEZON SELF STORAGE who failed to include the pads in question. I was hung up on during the first call, then no answer when I tried to call right back. I waited, then called again after 5 minutes and the woman shouting over speakerphone said she’d “get to it when I have time” before hanging up again. I have used U-Haul several times through the years for various situations and have never had such a poor experience. Neither of these businesses represent the U-Haul brand well and don’t deserve to be included in your network. I would strongly recommend some additional research into the transactions being done under the U-Haul umbrella as I’m sure there is a high probability you’re losing business between the two of them.

I just want to say the representative went over and beyond for me. My time was limited due to me trying to get it done on my lunch break and he made it all happen. This location is definitely my new uhaul rental spot. I give the rep 10 stars

Had to wait over a hr AFTER we paid, the payment went through and she said we had to call the call center, stayed on hold 30 Mims. Got to the uhaul, wrong key, then our truck had gang tagging on it. Very bad part of town.

I waited 45 minutes for a person to show up for a site that showed as open. I did receive a call when I 1st arrived that said they would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Then when the paperwork was complete, I had to hook up and connect the trailer myself. Not Acceptable.

The location was fine and the rental from them was not problematic. My largest complaint was with U Haul itself. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone trying to resolve an error on your part. The equipment was not at the location were I was directed. When I called to report the problem, I had to wait on the line for over 20 minutes. Upon finally reaching the service rep and informed them the equipment was not at the location, she argued with me and then transferred to another department. After holding for a few minutes, I was routed to the beginning of the que and had to wait an additional 15 - 20 minutes. I was transferred several times this happened every time, and I had to start from the beginning with each new person. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience and your company.

Make sure you take pictures of the gas gauge and have the staff walk out of the office and verify the gas level before you pull off, because if you don't the staff will scam you claiming there was more gas in the truck then what it really was. The back cab is dirty hadn't been cleaned in months, customer service horrible, and if you pay your deposit in cash they refund you via check sent in the mail. The worse U-Haul experience I ever had!!!!!
