We dropped off after hours, but when we went up there to make sure they received everyone, they were nice and friendly.

I had to take my rental truck and tow to a total of 3 different locations. These first place i was told to go to told me they didn't have room and sent me up the road. The next place didnt have any room either. I ended up driving an extra 30 mintues to my list location.

Your service is entirely too dependent on internet access and connection. I had to hunt for a phone number for a local dealer, they got the reservation wrong and I have been drowning in emails and text messages before and error built around the incorrect information. What should have been a simple one day rental has made me want to never rent through U Haul again. This was my fifth rental this year to help move friends or family and I will try to avoid such help in the future because of this service.

Walk around of truck was not conducted and therefore I was unaware of preexisting damage to the truck. Drop off location found scuff marks on upper drivers side of truck. If I didn't have insurance I would have been liable for damage I did not cause!

Well my bank paid the close out rental but there was still an additional hold for the same amount which put my acct in the negative...now I have no funds avail that I need to finish this move until it drops the hold for a few hundred dollars. I called and they said there is nothing they can do to speed it up. :/

The front of the truck was covered in bugs and there was no washer solvent in the tank with wiper blades that were wrotten.

It was difficult getting accurate information on where to drop the trailer. Was on hold on the phone twice for about 30 minutes and given inaccurate information. Finally got someone on phone to help.

They couldn’t help with a small issue. We added too much gas and slightly went over mileage. There was no consideration of compensation so the rental was more expensive for us. Is that really necessary?!?!?!

The U-Haul had multiple locations with damage on it noted with multiple pictures during check-in. Was sent an email of an alternative location not previously requested and upon completion of checking in was told In the app to go to another location. Upon arrival I was informed to return to the previous location thus making me late and had to call to unlock my checking in by phone

I needed a ramp and did not know it does not come with the 10ft truck and did not find out until I got to destination 61 miles away. Was a 1 way rental.
