This location was in a bad part of town, in a run-down store, with no clear direction to find where to reserve truck/ pick up the key. When I finally found someone willing to help me, she could not find my reservation at all; and continued to bump me to the back of the line instead of sorting out the issue while she served "paying customers." Had no knowledge of the app services, and begrudgingly let me have my key after I followed the prompts on the app and repeatedly showed her the verification/reservation screen as it instructed me to do. Horrible location, horrible service. Strongly recommend pulling trucks from this locale. ALSO: we rented two furniture dollies in addition to the truck, paying an extra $24; we did NOT receive those dollies. A refund for services paid for but not supplied would be appreciated.

Attendent did not know what she was doing put return fuel in the system incorrectly and overcharged me by 52.80. I have put in a call to U-Haul customer service at this time.
