Billie at customer service was fabulous. She is above and beyond what our expectations were. Some of the lights on the trailers were not working. Overall experience was great at this location.

The manager “billy” a female Was absolutly insane ,she screamed at me and kicked me out of the store for because she said i smoked in the truck . And i 100% did not smoke in the truck and i disagreed with her … i hope you guys have cameras to watch how she treated me and treats her customers .. it was a very bad experiance and watch the video at boxcars storage , billy should be fired immediatly .. its disgusting how she raged at me .. i was charged for a cleaning fee and i 100% never smoked in the truck .. i do smell like smoke and both my helpers smoke also .. but none of us smoked in the truck .. i want my 25$ creditied to my card and that lady shouldnt be in any sort of customer relations .. she should be fired

I reserved a vehicle Tow Trailer dolley, Utility Dolley, Furniture Dolley, and 2 dozen moving blankets online, well over a week in advance. None of that was waiting for me with the Truck rental and neither was the tow dolley. I hired movers through the website and they wouldn't even contact me until I called them the day before. I was moving out of province and did NOT need these hassles. Why does Uhaul have such a nice website yet not provide the things you reserve through them? If the supply is not there, they should not be available to reserve. This is a multinational company spanning Canada and the United States and this is not the first time they have failed to come through properly and professionally. Leave me scrounging for moving items the day I have to move? WOW! Just insane! The truck rental wasn't even at the location I reserved it for and I had to drive out of the city to get it. F-ing BS!!!!

I will say that when I picked up the girl who checked us in was over the top. Helped me hook up and made sure I was all set up but when my husband returned the unit that was another story. He asked is she needed his paperwork or info and she said no. We dropped off on Saturday and he took a picture as he was worried she didn't ask for his name. By Monday I received a call from the original employee that helped me out questioning whether I returned unit to another location as it had never been checked in as retuned. Thankfully she knew we took picture of unit infront of store and went to find it but not all people would call….some would have just sent a bill!

location is not convenient (20 kms from edmonton core). Staff seemed unsure of how to process. When I picked up the truck, staff said 'there is a warning on the dashboard display that says to check fuel cap, but there is no problem and you can ignore it', but it ended up that there was a problem - the flex hose between fuel cap/intake and gas tank had a cut on the top and this caused a gas leak when filling as well as very poor gas mileage. needed to stay in edmonton hotel extra night due to this problem, but good news is roadside assistance was great - sent a mobile mechanic out and he fixed the hose and truck was good after that.

Treat customers better, give us correct information about access to property time to drop off vehicle and pick up personal vehicle. Uhaul should stop making decisions for customers without asking our permission or running it by us so we can make an informed decision. Overall one of the worst experience ever.

Billy was fantastic, I've never seen such customer service for a long time. The lady was warm, welcoming. My highlight was when me and my husband bought the wrong hauling ball and she offered to borrow us hers. We have never met the lady but she was so kind. When we returned the trailer she wasn't there, Marcela was and she was as kind as Billy. I'm not sure where U-haul hired those two ladies from but I wish they could clone them for all locations. That location is 40mins away from our house but that's where I'll be renting it from and I'm telling everyone I know because it's worth driving that far. And yes with these sky rocketing gas prices just to get helped by two amazing ladies who actually love their job and are willing to go over and above their call of duty to ensure that the customer is happy and completely satisfied. Thank you so much Billy I will never forget you and I hope someone from u-haul can pass this message to you kind, sweet lady. I think I answered your question, in this particular location there's absolutely nothing to improve.

I wanted to return the trailer to 51 avenue location, you should look into why this was not possible. That location indicated that for some reason, they dont have a lot of 5'x8's. Hey, i think i know why

Trailer has some rust, because it was very difficult to tight the strap to the tires. Some grease would be much appreciated. The tow mechanism to be attached to the truck is ridiculous. Very far location from I picked up the truck

Well when I went there to rent my truck the staff there was very friendly Lindsay and Billy or very great people I got great customer service from the both of them Lindsay was the one that set me up what the truck and everything it was a great price and I do recommend anybody who went from this location please do because it's a great location to rent your truck when needed fast friendly service keep up the good work ladies until next time
