Dennis MI am sure if we had called you would have gave us directions to get another truck, drive it to where the truck was and unload and reload it. This would be unacceptable because we did not have any other help available to us at the time. I just didn't think we'd have that much trouble.

Troy LNot happy with the extra charge of $158.20. No explanation of the charge. My initial rental Payment was $1,079.00. Why the extra charge when I brought the truck back with more fuel.

Jessica HI dropped the truck off with the same amount of gas that was in it when I picked it up and they still charged me $40 extra for gas. When I called to speak to someone in regards to why I was charged for gas even though I returned it with the amount that was in it, the guy was a jerk. Poor costumer service!

JORDAN HThe place I worked with was great. However, I was wrongly charged for an extra day's rental. My return time was 1:30 pm. I was in the lot at 1:25 and unhooked the trailer before going into the store. I went in a 1:29 but was still charged by UHaul for an extra day. This is very disappointed and negatively impacted my experience and view of UHaul. The store employee is going to try to help me with this situation. We will see.

Sara DThe trailer has no way to lock to truck to prevent theft. When we noticed we stopped in Bismark North Dakota and asked how to lock it, we were told U HAUL owners have enough money so just be sure to take out the ins. Bradach Location was friendly and helpful but other locations oalong our travel were not!
KIM SFirst of all we rented online and you gave confirmation that we had the U-Haul and then 4 days later you called and said oh we rented it and have to get another one and we had to travel over an hour away to get it then rent it for 2 days then on top of that we the tire blew and we were on roadside for over an hour and a half and nothing could come call back after not even 35 minutes it was terrible I would not recommend this company for anybody

Bryan CUhaul sent a confirmation email stating my appliance dolly as ordered would be available. When I got to the pickup spot, Uhaul did not have a dolly available. I had to rent for the day from Bradach Lumber who was super helpful. Do not count on Uhaul, call the pickup location to verify.
