I registered online and this place did not know how to work system so had to register again. Really not a biggie. Brought truck back, filled up tank. $10.00. Closed online and turned in key. 15 minutes later I get a call saying I will be charged bc I didn't fill up tank. Went back and sure enough 1/4 of tank short. Really upset and told them someone must of siphon gas out to check cameras. Boss wasn't there. Filled up tank again.$10.00. Boss came back and said no one took gas. I informed I drove 37 miles and no way it cost that much. Gas is less than $2.00 a gallon. Very shady place and will never do business again.Shannon B.

The personnel at the location were very friendly. However as it is a convenience store, it took much longer to get the U-Haul turned back in. The clerks had to take care of customers as well as check for U-Haul back in which double the time it would normally take. Again, while the people were friendly, I probably would not use this location again.Jack W.

I had reserved a U-Haul 20 foot and apparently my reservation was never made even though I was standing there in person couldn't get the vehicle on the store was closed the next day wouldn't answer their phones even the day that I called or when they were open and went another 30 to 40 miles to get another U-Haul they transferred me somewhere else got one supposed to be a one-way trip wanted to charge me for a full round trip of $390 as opposed to the 90 something that I was using and went through two and a half hours of sitting on the phone with whoever was helping me who didn't know how to run the site and just kept telling me I have to go do this this and this whenever it wouldn't work tried multiple times different browsers a worker in trafficking was even one who was on the phone with me for 45 minutes at one point and argued back and forth with me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I just need to do this do this do this but she didn't understand it wouldn't work kept replying oh my God oh my God oh my God with a sarcastic attitude towards everything I said interrupted me Non-Stop finally was able to drop off the U-Haul the local place in town did a tremendous job but the ones in taneytown or Springdale or even West Siloam springs Arkansas I would not recommendJoshua J.

We filled out everything online but when we went to pick up the vehicle nobody was trained to do a rental so we had to wait until another person arrived. Even though we already done everything online and paid we had to do it all again. Terrible way of wasting a persons time.Timothy C.

The staff wasn't able to pull up my order that I spent several hours on finding a drop off/storage facility to fit my needs. I had to start all over. The staff had to call uhaul customer service which wasn't helpful. I had to end up calling them myself and I made them send me the information I needed via text pic in order for me to complete the order. Worst experience ever. They finally assigned me a trailer only to find out that the left fender was dented all the way to the tire. It took over two hours to get my trailer. I had hired someone to help me move some heavy furniture for a few hours. Since this took so long while the person was at my house ready to help they had to leave before I got there to pick up their kid from school and I had to pay them anyway and I had to load everything myself. I am very upset about it.Jay R.

The guy that ran the store was not very friendly and an expected two females to be able to hook the U-Haul up on our own. Thank goodness that my son knew how to do it... Will find a different location next time.Cindy S.

I have rented many uhaul trailers. This was the first time that no one connected the trailer to my truck to insure it was connected correctly, lights are working, etc. nor was a "walk around" performed noting any damage to the trailer prior to me taking it. I am fully capable of performing these task, just found it unusual that Uhaul did not perform them....Scott H.
The paperwork stated was clean an said it had a half tank of gas but it had between half a quarter tank of gas. And did not provide me with a receipt of how much I paid.Kimberly C.
It was terrible service. The lady was not prepared to help me and was visibly frustrated the entire time. I was there for over an hour trying to secure my rental, which I had already reserved online. I then get everything worked out only to find out that instead of the 3/4 tank of gas I was supposed to have, my rental only had 1/4 of tank. This required me to go back inside and let her try to figure out what to do, because she wasn't sure. Her printer then wouldn't work so I had to take pictures of my new contract with my phone and hope that I didn't get charged for returning a vehicle that only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. On top of this, the lady promised me that I would get refunded for my each day that I didn't use on my reservation. I then find out this cannot be done.... So I could have kept the UHAUL an extra day since I paid for it.... this was a disaster from the beginning and I will NEVER recommend UHAUL to anyone.Bradley B.

My return experience for the truck NOT the dolly was horrible. The location where the truck was returned was at 806 Twin City in Springdale was one of the worse. The agent told me I could not return there even though it was the closest to my residence and then tried to charge me for mileage because I went over 22 miles but the reason I went over is that I had to drop the dolly off at my original assigned drop location which was in Tonitown and not Springdale. He was arrogant and dismissive. I paid a lot of money for this rental and he treated me as if I was less than a valued customer.Erikka W.

I was very dissatisfied with u-haul overall. The location was not the problem. The issue was I reserve3d my truck at a location in Springdale and was informed via email I would have a different pickup location which was not a fulll service unadulterated store. All this was done electronically with no way for me to communicate back to anyone. this was terrible customer experience. Not the locations fault but the fault of unadulterated corporate and scheduling.James Y.

I made rental reservations well in advance of when I would need the equipment...and there are 3 U-Haul places listed for Siloam Springs...yet when it came time to pick up my U-Haul, I was told that it was in Tontitown, not Siloam Springs. Needless to say, I was less than happy about having to travel the extra distance to pick up the truck as it took valuable time from a day that was already busy with packing, etc.Susan E.

We reserved a 6'x12' cargo trailer 3/7/16 to use 3/12/16, so a full five days in advance. Got the confirmation information, had also rented a couple dollies. My husband went to pick it up at our scheduled time and they said our trailer was UNAVAILABLE. They claimed their internet service doesn't work very well, even though they admitted they could SEE the reservation we had made. They literally had no clue what was going on, they ended up giving my husband a smaller trailer, which he had to jump through various hoops to attain. He was there for about an HOUR, taking away from our short moving window! Ridiculous!!! They also gave him no discount for all this trouble and shortcomings on their part, they just reduced the price to the SMALL trailer they were able to provide. It was a TERRIBLE U-Haul experience, and we would recommend anyone we know to NOT USE this location.BENJAMIN H.

I am not pleased with the service I received this time whatsoever. Your agent has charged me 3 times for this service which has effected my bank account. Every time the problem is attempted to be resolved, I get charged again. I'm about fed up with this. This service has been a total inconvenience and headache for me.
