LEON BRAUDStore closed earlier on a Friday. I arrived at 440pm to return truck and no one was working. Stores hours said they were open until 5pm. 2 other customers showed up before 5pm while I was there also.

Jeffrey HaynesHorrible experience with Uhaul. You changed our p/u location to an hour out of our way with no notification We had no utility dolly available when we picked up the truck. And the truck is in deplorable condition. Transmission is acting up. Even put in a roadside assistance request. Took 45 minutes to receive a text asking “do we still need assistance”. No a/c in the truck. Horrible horrible horrible.

JAMES MISTRETTAWhen a customer requests a vehicle from a particular location and assumes that he has a set reservation, it is irritating to receive a call 2 days before pickup 150 miles away that the item you thought you had reserved was not available at the location. It was available 50 milesto the north of the pickup point. After much discussion and after several questions by merdgarding better pickup points the Bay St. Louis location had the truck I ordered. I was not happy with Uhaul national personnel at all. BSL people were great and drop off people in Lafayette were grest!

JILL CLARKNot the dealer's fault. The truck seems old. Steering is too shaky and too much play in the steering. Truck smelled which I guess is normal not to be able to get that dirty man smell out of the cab of the truck. Also, I am not happy that I rented for 2 days and only used it for actually one day.. got it too early on Friday.... the 68 miles per day that is allowed in the rental only applied for one day not 2. If you pay for 2 days at regular price, you should get 68 miles each day totaling 136 miles. I have to rent again in another location soon and am not happy with the miles.

Arrived at location & manager said no reservation for me & had the exact truck I needed said can’t leave town!! Showed all my paper work & said at breath boat location that was closed!!!!!!! So had to start all over w an app to get truck!! Was a very disappointing experience!! Were stranded on street to figure it all out w no one to talk to or help us but starting over w app!! Thank hod my son was tech savvy!!

Rebecca BurnsI tried to change drop off location to a more convenient one and the person on the the phone told me “you signed a contract for the 6x12 trailer so we won’t change it. I also spoke to a supervisor and she said the same thing. Would not budge and could not give me a price to change the location. I will never rent or refer another person to uhaul. I will make sure every time someone who mentions uhaul will be informed the policy is the policy and they will not bend to create a better experience. You lost a customer forever.
