The staff at this location were awesome! They were very busy when I arrived. The person in front of me was having issues caused by another location and the staff member Patrica maintained a professional/positive attitude. When it was my turn they got me in and out quickly. Will definitely use this location agian if I need a rental in the future!

TIMOTHY MCameron is the NICEST person I’ve dealt with in a long time. He was as so helpful on the phone before we picked up the truck. I am so impressed with this young man. He deserves some recognition for his custom service skills and just overall wonderful, pleasant demeanor. After we returned the truck all I could think of was what a wonderful experience it was. Cameron is truly a special person. Everyone was great but he just shines.

Angela BThe truck we picked up clearly had not been inspected by anyone at UHaul before we got it. The Cadillac Converter was missing or had been stolen from underneath the truck, which made it dangerously loud whenever we accelerated and was not at all safe to drive. Also the check engine light was on when we picked the truck up too. This was the only truck available at this location so we could not switch it out, and due to time constraints I had to meet with the US Army we did not have time to address this issue with UHaul until a few hours later.
CHARLESARLINGTON GDriver side door had to be slammed to get door to latch properly. Truck had no indication door was not fully closed.
ROBERT HMelissa was absolutely wonderful. Way more helpful than any other agent I've dealt with for this rental. She was so helpful.
Susan LFirst of you send a picture of where to find the lockbox and its not right for the location. Then while driving the truck it starts to shake if you go over 70 mph. I requested for a 20 inch truck but had to take a 26 inch truck. I just wasn't happy with uhaul this time.

James MI spoke with a supervisor, Lydia who was very considerate and helpful after my ordeal with the customer service rep, Cindy. Lydia deserves 1000 points as well as a raise. please train your customer reps to understand when a person is calling for a simple estimate give it before they expect to get other info from the person.
PATRICIA BPick up location was fine and actually stayed late to accommodate corporate Uhauls incompetence. Overall experience was horrible. I requested a van and AT at a location close to my house. Found out the day before pick up that not only would that location not be open, but I had to go to two different locations, one to pick up the van and one to pick up AT. Both locations were aprox 30 min drive from my house and not very close to each other (10 miles apart) Van was pretty new and nice, but cargo portion was filthy. I have pictures of you want. I am in the military and move every two to four years and from this point forward, I will never use U-Haul again, not will I recommend U-Haul to anybody I work with. In the past I have used Penske and will every time from now on.

Warren GThe desk clerk was very slow and had no knowledge to what she was doing..The truck had a gas line leak, I could not put gas in truck when I returned the truck. I didn't get penalized for it but just think if I took the truck long distance travel to another state or something. Poor quality service. I will say returning the truck was smoother. Clerk was knowledgeable to what she was doing.
