The online pick up process was awful. It took us 3 1/2 hours to get checked out with the truck. The website stalled multiple times and did not work we had to talk with three customer service agents to finish the checkout process we will never rent from U-Haul again.

After hours is always tricky, it's just dark and in the back of a bowling alley and liquor store, and having to spend almost 20 minutes doing the checkin process standing there at 10pm behind the building made me more than nervous. Also, scanning the driver's license wouldn't work on the app, I had to take a picture, and re-take the same pictures about 5 times, and fill out the same information about 5 times before it was approved. So all of this while standing in what appears to be a back-lot behind a bowling alley and liquor store late at night (10pm, then return 2am), just felt unsafe. Also, there was no open 24 hour gas station around there, so I ended up having to take the fuel charge. UDF dispensors said they were closed.

Our drop off process was after hours and completed through our mobile phone. The online process took a few minutes, but was not difficult and we received a receipt via email right away. We felt safe using this location.

The car had used cigarettes On the dashboard. And then cigarette smears on the dashboard too from someone extinguishing the cigarette... how hard is it to just vacuum that out and wipe it down?

Getting set up in computer was a bit time consuming as the employee kept getting interrupted by phone calls and other customers as this is also a liquor store.

I didn't like that the location was not open on Sunday. I rented the truck Saturday and expect to return it Sunday with no problem. The Manager of the liquor store informed me that they were not open and to check in on my phone. Clearly they were open because they was selling liquor to customers but could not be bothered with checking in Uhaul customers! The worst thing is the Manager could check me in on Monday for a $20 convience fee! No way. I would not recommend this location or use it again.

I wasn't sure how many gallons of gas to add to bring the meter back to where it was so I filled it completely even though it was at about 2/3 full when I rented the van. But service was excellent in the store.

Get rid of or fix the app. The process was waaaaay longer than it should have been. The man in charge of the rental was excellent!! He tried helping with the app, tried doing it on his end to make the process faster and was very apologetic.

This location is superb so friendly and accommodating. I went to the u haul on Colerain and he did not have any trucks for Friday to Saturday. He went out of his way to find me a truck very impressive in this day and age. Customer service out of this world. A wonderful experience. I was cleaning out my deceased mothers house so I needed a good experience thank you again

I was told I could pick up the truck at 9:am the location did not open until 10 am. Then I was told I would have to wait until 11 am. before they could help me. I return the truck next morning before the location was open. I was charged double as if I had the truck for 2 full days

Couldn't get the truck at the assigned time. Had to wait an hour after my original pick up time and to make matters worse the owner had the audacity to call me 30 minutes after I picked the truck up requesting that I return it two hours short of my allotted time because he had rented it during the time I was to use the truck! Never ever again!

We were told truck was able to be rented for 24 hours. Find out the next day truck was not listed as 24 hours after receiving emails stating they were unable to get in contact with us. We called to see why the discrepancy and the owner was rude. We are now going to have to rent another truck ( not from U-Haul). Poor service very Disappointed

While this location is not a large dealer for UHaul, the staff is awesome and will do everything thing they can to take care of you. Sometimes there might be a wait, but I don't think it would be any longer than expected at a dedicated UHaul facility.

Scheduling the truck was very difficult-almost impossible. Brentwood Spirits said they didn't have anything available. When I called the 1-800 number for assistance finding a truck they said Brentwood had a truck available and arranged it for me. The 1-800 staff were great! Pick up and return at Brentwood were fine.

The people at Brentwood were very helpful, but this is not the location I requested to pick up the truck and it added several miles and time. Also, someone had changed the lock-box code on them and it took quite a while to resolve that so I could get the keys and leave. The furniture pads I picked up were very dirty and some were unusable. Again, the people were fine, helpful, but I do have concerns with U-Haul in terms of how this worked out. I selected the pick up location for a reason, and expected furniture pads to be clean and usable. The people were helpful and I do think they did a good job.

Horrible experience. Ordered 20 ft, someone changed to 17. Told them 10 am for pick up, they put in noon. Called back and told them to correct to 10, still showed noon. Spent over 50 mins in lot to get wrong size truck. Had 4 people waiting to load.

Make sure van carpet floor is vacuum before renting. . My only concern was thinking and praying, hoping no bedbugs were found in the carpet. I believe all is well. The van was convenient and great location. Yes I would recommend to others. Thanks Uhaul.

After making the reservation at this location, and arriving there not to see the trailer, a uhaul rep quickly helped me by allowing me to return the trail back to this location, and helping with the rate. Also the return location helped me with the trailer being unhooked and returned with no questions asked. Great service.

I had to drive across town for a truck after the location I was scheduled in was closed. Then they gave me a 50 dollar credit but I have to wait over a week for that. In the mean time they kept funds in my account on hold a took a week and a half to finalize my bill. It's also more than the uhaul rep told me it would be. I will never use your company again.

You can accurately process the transaction. I used a major credit card to reserve the truck. I then returned the truck the same day (Sunday) and paid cash. The original deposit was held for 3 days (released Wednesday) and the final charge posted after 3 days even though I paid cash. So Uhaul held over $100 of my credit line hostage then charged almost $50 even though you had already been paid in cash... now I'm waiting for a refund. Funny how merchants won't wait 3 days for me to pay but I have to wait 3 days for a refund. Very poor service...

First, I was given keys to a ten foot truck instead of the 15 ft truck I initially paid for. The truck had alread had mattres pads and the dolly out of place. Since I didn't the right truck, I was told I would get charged for the pads or the dolly but I was still charged $17 for the dolly.

Well when i return yr truck i put the right amount of gas in it well i got a call later that evening saying i didn't put gas in it and the person that call was very rude to the point that i didn't want to talk to him anymore. So when i checked. My card they charged. My card 14.oo that wasn't right so i will never use u haul aging and am going to share. My experience. With everyone about the experience i had
