If using UHaul and have used the service many times. Not request two references. This seemed personally invasive. My credit card is indeed, my drivers license is there. Too much.

Job GutierrezService the trucks more!! The "Service Engine" was on. Then the "wrench" light,meaning a variety of issues associated with the powertrain components, such as the engine, driveshaft, and transmission. It was spitting and sputtering the entire time. All this before there was even anything in the truck!! And the cargo area stunk

Thomas BoydMake sure your trucks are clean because I had to pay a cleaning fee for trash I didn't even know was in the cab of the truck. Also make sure you properly document everything I'm supposed to be doing and not over charge me for things I shouldn't be charged for. Also make sure equipment is stocked and viable. I had to pay for a chain on the auto transport that was never there in the first place. Very poor service.

So that cost me more money and more miles I had to pay for. I will never rent one from this location again. I guess that's how they make more money. Very disappointed.

Lesa KensmoeClaxton was fine and the person was super polite! However I was originally scheduled to pick up the haul at Tire King in Statesboro. I did not get a cal in advance informing me my truck would not be avAilable. I drove 3.5 hours to learn my truck was not available. I called the 1-800- number and was in hold for at least 30 minutes... then when I learned the truck was not available I stopped at Tire King to ask questions about another truck ...since 2 were in the lot ... TIRE KING STAFF WERE VERY RUDE ... I would recommend that you discontinue the relationship. I want to stress this!!! They were horrible- a friend even reported the same to me after I informed him of my experience. Then I drove 20 miles or so to Claxton to pick up another truck. Nice guy there, good truck .

Charles Farismr.brewton fixed the mess up the pick up place created by not changing the paperwork concerning the dolly that was not there.i would highly recommend any one moving especially from state to state use mr. brewton's services. he goes above just a rental place to help customers.

Having no uhaul dealer there gave me no proper inspection and I had no way to verify figures. The location was closed in middle of the day and there was no message on door for customers. Very poor service.
