Raven BrazileEvery time I drop off at this location they find a way to charge more . Never fails every single time . It's very off putting. Called and told the lady I had paper work to show when I picked it up where it was and it was where it was supposed to be when I dropped it off yet, they still wanted to charge an extra amount for fuel. Absolutely ridiculous. She told me if I wanted a refund for fuel to call some other place ,. But my bank account says they are the location that took extra that I didn't owe. Very unsatisfied . UNDERSTATEMENT.

I would not recommend this location unless you are able to deal directly with uhaul and have no contact with anyone in the store. This was added stress that we did not need.

Tabatha MorelandTook one hour repeated attempts to get truck. We made many calls to unsullied . Hung up on multiple times. Put on hold to never come back an continue. One person did not how to help us at all. Due to poor internet service in small town we were unable to send the items requested by Haul. Customer service was the worst. I had 2 children with special needs with me. This was an awful experience.
Alvin AhnYour telephone cust. svc reps need to be retrained. I was on the phone with them for almost an hour; was cut-off twice; a black lady in scheduling got all put-out when I asked for her name then disconnected me. HOW RUDE!!!! That about did it for me and uhaul. The nice ppl at Brewton Feed and Hay came to the rescue and "saved the day" for uhaul and me. If you're losing customers, it's bc of your customer svc ppl?

Ricky McDanielRequire customer wifi access if picking up/dropping off after hours. It took in excess of 2 hours using both your website and the uhaul app to complete checking out the vehicle. Of the 2 hours I spent 1 hour and 28 mins on the phone with a uhaul customer service assistant who would just stop talking or responding for several minutes at a time without notification ( it seemed as if she was trying to get me to hang up/give up) She also would simply blame all the issues on the uhaul website and the uhaul app. She also blamed the cellular reception, but at no time did the 1hr 28min phone conversation drop. It was an extremely frustrating experiences that cost me the valuable time I needed to get my move started. This was the night of 4 Oct, I placed the call at 7:13pm and finally got the key box open at 8:41pm CST.

Sibylle ParsonsThe staff was very helpful. I rented a 15 ft truck that needed to be retired. The steering was really loose which made the truck hard and dangerous to drive. Trucks need to checked out thoroughly before they are rented. I made it to my location safely but it was definitely a struggle to keep it between the ditches.

Elaine BoddifordLet each customer know that a$25 fee will be added to your final payment if you fail to fill the truck back up exactly or above the starting point because if you miss by just one point, you have just stabbed yourself in the foot because you gone still pay that$25 fee. It's just not fair but it's how it is. I'm just thankful that it wasn't more than$25. My overall experience was good and I would definitely use them again.

Dewayne WilliamsU-Haul is located inside the feed and seed store. Feed and seed customers are priority but customer service was still excellent. The ladies in the front was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The over all experience was nice.. Pick-up truck recommended

Carmen BoshellAbsolute nightmare. This location tried to give me the wrong truck, over charge me and reduce my miles. I showed the confirmation for the order and the representative was a total bitch and didn't care. I had to spend over an hour in the store with u-haul customer service for them to send this location the information requiring them to accept my order. The truck itself was fine but the inside was trashed. This place is dirty and irresponsible. For the next customer; move this u-haul location.
william greenI called him this morning let him know that the back door is messed up on it at the bottom of the hinges are really loose on it and they act like they didn't care and I told her about the safety change wasn't hooked up properly and she said they was but they wouldn't I didn't know the safety chains waiting on their right till I got home and looking at it but I fixed the problem when I got home but I called him this morning told him about it and she said they look at the pictures and it was hooked up right but it wasn't so very unsatisfied with these people this time I think I should get a credit back on some of my money but I have pictures of the door messed up had a hard time shut that goes it way it was went white with messed up

When i waited in line to get to the cash register, i was then told i would have to wait until they checked out the nursery customers because the uhaul was a side business. This is BS, i was the next person in line and should have been waited on accordingly. Then while taking pictures of previous damage that wasnt marked by uhaul, the man said i didnt need to do all that just go cause no one takes care of the trucks anyway.

David McDonaldIf I were Uhaul I would explain how to make sure the customer was thought of like they wanted their business. I was met with an attitude of, I don’t care if you want to rent the truck I have other stuff to do. When I came to turn in the truck there was no drop box so I had to turn in on line
