This Uhaul location was great and helped with changing a tire before I left, but I got screwed by Uhaul again when trying to reserve. Made my reservation a month in advance and got changed last minute. Classic Uhaul.Travis Craig B.

This service is horrible, and definitely not reasonably price. It's a hoax. After I received my bill, I was absolutely devastated I had no idea that I would be paying over $150.00 for just a 4 hour trip. I am definitely upset about this purchase, and if I would have known before hand how much this would be I would have never went with this company. You all trick people with your cheap prices in the windows of vehicles, while others are not knowing of the hidden fees. Also I called to speak with a representative, and he wasn't helpful at all. As a matter of fact I just had questions, and he seemed aggravated as if he didn't want to speak. His job is to speak with customers, and if that doesn't satisfy him maybe he should find elsewhere to work.Jennifer D.

When I add days to my rental, lmk you're NOT charging me NOW, but LATER when I drop if off. That was a RUDE way to find out, at the end of a 3 month working time w/ over 800 mile trip ONE WAY!!! NO RCPT from the drop off CONVENIENT store (that's where my drop off was changed to (scary). Also, I've now, a month later, rcvd an email bill for a toll. I'm trying to follow your link to pay it, but it's going nowhere. Im being forced to call to make payment, which won't give me a rcpt. When placing damage "stickers" I pointed out one he said he couldn't reach so he wouldn't put one on it, I said if the others are important then so is that one. Not happy. Some items I answered n/a bc yes or no were too much.Thomas H.

Check in after hours is less than easy for those who have little tech experience. The site is not user friendly and after several attempts I had to call the 1-800 number. In the end the site would not accept my location. I'm not sure it did not charge me extra for unfinished key drop.Patrick Kerry F.

The couple managing the storage facility where the U-Haul was picked up were both very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this truck rental facility to anyone in need of moving as it was a very good experience for myself and my son. Thank you!Trey B.

The UHaul 24/7 and/or uhaul.com evidently don't communicate with each other. This was the 2nd time out of two attempts to use the self service and both times failed miserably. If it weren't for the kind workers helping us we'd probably still be sitting there five hours later. Get it together UHaul.Jason B.

The vehicle had some mechanical issues, although it only had 12 miles on it, so I find it hard to fault the U-Haul facility.Russell P.

The manger, Mr. Mace was terrific. He went out of his way to get the exact size truck that I needed even though he didn't have it on site. He even came in on his day off to deliver the truck to me since it was the only day I could pick it up. Great customer service!Brian K.

Had to go to three separate locations. One to book and then to cross lanes and then to winfield . Gave us conflicting prices. Didn't get help loading trailor . Computers weren't working properly. Charged for 2 days instead of one. And then was going to get charged with extra 23 dollars for mileage when they said there wasnt any. Very irritatingClora C.

the ac in the cab not barely functioning . should give an allowance upon return. uhaul the company. not the rental or return place. rather than just sorry. 4.5 hours in truck and the money paid should have it working.James M.

The gentleman at the Cross Lanes location was very rude. He accused my husband and I of scratching the uhaul up and tried to make us pay for it because we didn't have the insurance on the uhaul. He called the location where we rented the uhaul from and found out the uhaul already had the scratches on it. He should have been a professional and called the pickup location first before he started accusing us. I'll never deal with this location again!James C.
