Jennifer GThe UHaul app is not usable at all when checking equipment back in. Would not upload and accept on site pictures. Wasted about an hour of my time trying to get the app to work. However all human interaction was a very positive experience.
JAMES BOther than having to change our dropoff location because the first location was already closed at 4 pm and did not have 24 hr dropoff available, we had to 30 minutes further to drop the trailer off at a different location. Everything else was good.

Gerrit SCharged me for Insurance I did not want or request when I scheduled uhaul truck online. We have full coverage Insurance on our vehicles and think it would have covered us. It was a costly added expense, and unnecessary.
Ernie RThe fellow who ran this location has 2 dogs with him, one bit me on the back of the leg. Eight (8) weeks latter and I still have no responce, and no proof of shot records for location protection dogs. Crazy, this man is a former Reserve Deputy out of Tarrant and Parker County's, would think he would understand the importance of his dog's shot records. Have tried to call, but no answer.

Jeremi KBryan was awesome and amazing, Helping me to remove the trailer from my hitch. I just wish my drop off point hadn't been 24 miles from my destination. That was a long way to drive when I was exhausted from moving.
Amy SBrian's Place was a convenient location to our new home. Brian, the owner, was very friendly, professional and well-prepared for me to pick up and drop off the massive uhaul truck. The truck was antiquated, but helped us achieve our goal of moving from our old to new house. One recommendation is to add an area in the online reservation form that allows for discounts. I'm retired military and since we had to store items in the truck for nearly 2 weeks, while we waited for our house to be ready for delivery, it would have saved us money, since uhaul generally offers discounts for military service. Nevertheless, thank you for allowing us to use your uhaul truck and please commend Brian for a job well done.

Emily M | Overall ExperienceBrians place was great and they did a great job to take care of us. The problem was I had a reservation at Randys Small Engine & Mower Repair. I had made the reservation first trying online but the website would not work so I called and the rep insured the place would be open, me asking because it was a holiday. We were on a certain time schedule, and sure enough, Randys was not open. I had to call around til I found Brians Place and they quickly took care of us. I will expect a at least partial refund for the reservation not being confirmed, which I had been promised was absolutely confirmed. The website guarantees a $50 payment for the confirmed reservation.

GARY SThe trailer hitch I had, which was installed by a different U-Haul location, was too low for the trailer. The owner at Briansplace was kind enough to loan me a trailer hitch that would work. Super nice guy. Highly recommend this location!

BRIAN GI was originally told that I would get a 20 for truck for the price of 10 foot trick because there were no trucks available in Granbury Tx due to recent natural disaster (floods) that created evacuation of premises. Then I was told it would cost $65. When all was done, it cost over $100. Got to apartment and was not allowed to get furniture because no one was allowed in for more than 5 minutes. Truck was not used and $100 + was wasted. Thanks U-haul.. I will never use your company again.
Stasia HThe first location I was advised to drop off was non existent. There is no UHaul facility at 3088 W Washington in Stephenville Tx 76401. The other 2 facilities in Stephenville Tx were "full" and I had to drive 20 mi to drop off. Need to update your locations.
