Terrible customer service with this rental, received a smaller truck than originally booked so it was not big enough for the job that it was required for, which resulted in additional trips to get the job done, which means a larger bill due to the extra kilometres. I picked up the truck on March 3 and returned March 4, as of March 10 we still had not been billed for the rental. I will not rent another truck from this location again. This was the second rental in 6 months and there were issues both times.

We were told no charge to pick up truck in Shawville because our prepaid rental wasn't available to us. The charged us $116 and add 50$ insurance, the receipt showed 3/4 of a tank when it was one line over empty.
Sandy DI was happy with the rental until it came time to bring it back.. It was on a Saturday so the place was closed, when I tried to use the UHAUL app to do my return it would not work (tried multiple times).. I had it back on time, called customer service to tell them what was happening. I got charged $20 on my CC because the app wasn't working and they had to "finish my return" even though I was told I would NOT be charged... To top it off no one seems to know how to reverse that charge... Not happy.

The 819-410-1525 is disconnected and the 11-411 Hwy 148 on my original contract doesn't seem to exist... The U-Haul location in Shawville is at 115 Hwy 148, Shawville, Quebec J0X 2Y0. Gord, the owner was fantastic and worked out the issue regarding the wrong address! I will return at this location often. Thank you.
