MEGAN KNo one at location. No signs to tell you where to park or drop keys or directions on checkout. A man watching business while owner on vacation called twice about keys because he couldn’t find them and wasn’t very courteous when he called. I was not real comfortable leaving truck and car dolly at that location.
Tina DResevation was for 10' had to go with wasted space in the 15'. 3 trucks all had issues. 1st one, check engine. 2nd one, hole is the gas filler hose, had half tank of gas and found the leak while getting gas,$30 loss. 3rd one, 24 miles to empty $129 to fillup, hole in the rear inner tire. 11 hours to process 2 different roadside processes. System never updated with all the changing of vehicles. I was told a reimbursement Claim was started, but have nothing with a number was sent to my email.
