This facility by far most user friendly staff very accommodating. They've heard it all. I went drop off truck uhaul, didn't have my car keys. It 30 miles back 2 home 4 keys. They already had a reservation 4 my truck. An hour later I back alls well.

Pick up location was friendly and courteous. I was expecting a confirmation phone call on saturday or sunday that the truck would be available on Monday. I did not receive that phone call or have a missed call regarding this.

It has always been a good experience renting from uhaul at this location. I've rented from many locations over the last 2 yrs. Not all were as nice nor as drivable as what came from Brookings furniture location.

Cup holder was broke. But other than that equipment was clean and well maintained. We did run into an issue with being sent with the wrong truck but it all worked out to get my stuff and my family moved.

Clean the windows..tire was bald..truck leaking water all over my boxes from the top shelf..we had to drive 60 miles to get blankets.. employee was rude.

The moron in Brookings where we dropped it off tried to blame the check engine light on us. And then said that we put a big scratch on the top of the moving van, NOT TRUE and. Stated that it was not his problem that we did not have a pic of that area. And I had the extra Insurance so he was gonna bill the insurance. We did not do it! Won’t deal with Brookings again, the guy lives in a van out it from of the store, maybe reconsider who you hire .

I tried using the app to check out as I was instructed, wouldn't work. So I tried calling the uhaul number and it wouldn't connect. I finally just called the store as I was an after hours returner, and left them a voicemail.
