Location was closed. No one available and did not answer the phone. Took 45 mins and multiple phone calls before I got a response. Person who showed up offered no apology on indicating that they had taken off for the weekend, no one told him there was a pick up. Wasted my and 4 of my employees time. Will be pursuing a refund. I will also let every single person that I know know that the business is extremely unprofessional.

Justin BrandtThis place was not open. I called the number and an employee called me back. He related the person who handles the UHaul stuff was out with a sick kid, Perfectly understandable given today's climate. I would have liked to know what to do with the trailer when I dropped it off and if the deal was finalized. Again, no employee was there, I dropped the trailer off the day before it was due back. I was concerned what would would have happened had it been stolen.

Gilbert ClounieOnline experience was frustrating, as the U-Haul site would not save the info I input. I had to redo my inputs 3 times before I secured a reservation. Also, I was directed to the wrong pickup location via U-Haul email, which caused delays with my move.

SUZANNE RASMUSSENI had issues checking out my vehicle and returning my vehicle. It took me way too long. I wasn't directed to the right location. I will never again use U-haul unless there is a person that I can talk to directly. The Dropbox for the keys was not well marked.

Tiffany PriestService was poor. Did busy from a desk fifteen ferry away. Nothing personal about the exchange. Wanted a direction to show us the rentals. Truck was duty. Gravel throughout the floor. Heavy dusty, dirt within the entire cab. Drinks spoiled in the cup holder. Not filled up with gas. Wrong mileage. Not impressed.
JULIANA REUPPELThe truck I reserved was very dirty upon picking it up, both in the cab and in the back. The ramp was slightly damaged. Also, I had ordered a furniture dolly, a utility dolly, and six furniture moving pads, but I did not received any of these items. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul from Brookings Plumbing & Heating.

BOTANY TITTERINGTONThe secretary for the plumbing place was very nice and very helpful-made it so we did not have to unload and re load a trailer for no extra cost so that was awesome BUT if you have no experience with U Haul other than the paperwork...you are on your own! Corporate people are of NO HELP and behaved as if their hands were tied where this gal just took care of business. BUT that was it-handed us keys then locked up the office and headed to lunch. Paperwork said gas tank full....NOPE 3/4 full. TAKE PICTURES and try to go to a regular U HAUL store if at all possible. If not possible make the contracted business people come out to the equipment with you to inspect. Corporate phone help is terrible, on hold each time for 10-15 minutes and they can not and will not guarantee the requested equipment. Their business model is horrible for a nation wide billion dollar company. Try Penske or Budget rental for piece of mind.

micah hayesThe location didn't have a 15-foot truck that I asked for. Although Uhaul offered me a 26-foot truck with no extra cost, it would be great to have medium size trucks available at the location.
Pedro V C OliveiraMake sure that people who are using the 24/7 service know ahead of time that they will need to have alternate contacts at pick-up time who will be able to answer a phone call at the time of pick-up.

Jessica GlazierIt has snowed Mon and Tues. on Wed the car trailer had 3” of ice and snow packed on it. Took to car was and took 20 minutes to clear off.
William DavidsonLady was beyond rude and mad it seem like I was bothering her asking for questions. When I picked up the truck they told me to check upon return that the correct card was used the representative was rude and just told me to call 1800 uhaul as she didn't have that information. Again thats find but after waiting 10 minutes for her to finish her phone call was not appreciated.

Jo HirzelWhen I picked up the truck, it had a large trailer still attached from three days before. The trailer jack was broken and they had no one available to disconnect the trailer. I had to dig my car jack out and jack up the trailer to disconnect. I lost a patch of skin in the process. After I left I noticed the gas gage and the contract disagreed by at least 1/8 tank of gas. I added gas and the gage was the same as when I picked up the truck. You charged me $18+ for gas. Also, the vent fan didn't work in the truck.
patrick londonThe location where we picked everything up was extremely helpful. Uhaul, however, was not. We did not have any of the things in the truck that we rented. When I called and asked Brookings Plumbing and Heating, they didn’t have any of the things we rented to even give us. So Uhaul did not check with them before my reservation was set to make sure they had what I rented.

Douglas RiesTires were completely wipe out and truck cannot move in a dry snow. Money taking from my account was more than you charge with no explanation. Just have to accept it customer I was jam to move my things out.
